BIG problem is hair getting caught between the brush attachments and tool - will pull your hair out so be cautious you have to hold the hair at the base of the head and not dry too much at a time on the brush head so it won’t slip into the crack between. Also curls don’t hold at all. Watched videos and am using the tool correctly just have finer straight/wavy higher slip hair. Still good volume which will keep for that reason.

And let me tell you, it's great!. I have style my hair with all the attachments and they do the job. They are easy to attach and de-attach. Doesn't feel flimsy. Got a wall mount, and Its pretty nice looking.

Having the dryer/styler makes getting ready quickly an option and I love the way my hair feels and looks after using it. I’ve had to play with the air wrap curlers a little bit to get the feel of using them and how my hair will hold with them, but now that I’ve figured it out they are a lot of fun to use.

I have med length straight hair and thick. I used the round big brush i gave me a blow out within 20 mins it was awesome.
