    The tool was faulty from the start. The comb attachment repeatedly detached while in use, and the device ultimately caused my electrical socket to blow out. Best Buy’s 14-day return policy is unreasonable, and they offered no meaningful assistance. Shark’s customer service has also been unhelpful throughout this process. Overall, this has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made.

    I had to return the Shark as it got too hot and would have damaged my hair even on medium setting. Felt sturdy. I did not like that i had to change the tool to wrap wach side of my hair. I return for the Dyson which doesnt get as hot and also has one tool to curl hair for both sides.

    I love how fast you can style hair and curl but I hate that my curls dont last at all, and super frizzy !!

    I bought both the Dyson Airwrap and the Shark at the same time to test. I would do one in each side of my hair and compare - then next time using it would switch sides and compare. The Dyson curls held up more than the Shark curls. The Shark did blow dry faster on the rough dry, but the non-holding curls were the determining factor for me
