    Heavy, the curlers are tricky to use, takes longer than it should. Curls also didn’t stay and yes I took sections smaller the width of barrel. Sucks to have missed the return date!

    The tool was faulty from the start. The comb attachment repeatedly detached while in use, and the device ultimately caused my electrical socket to blow out. Best Buy’s 14-day return policy is unreasonable, and they offered no meaningful assistance. Shark’s customer service has also been unhelpful throughout this process. Overall, this has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made.

    Honestly, I think it's alright. I don't find that my hair looks any better than blowing out my hair using a regular hair dryer and round brush. While it's cheaper than the dyson, I'm still not sure it's worth the money. I also wish the stylers were longer for longer hair. The whole length of my hair doesn't fit on the styler.
