I was very disappointed in this product. I hoped this would be a one stop shop solution in terms of drying and styling my hair, as the packaging would have you believe. Unfortunately, neither worked. When rough drying, my hair took longer on average to dry compared to my regular hair dryer. When my hair was dry, I tried using the brush to continue to straighten my hair but the results were a mixed bag of frizzy and straight hair. I attempted a few times to use the curling function but gave up because my hair was too frizzy to product nice tight curls. To be fair, I have thick, course, curly hair. Based on all the videos I watched on-line, I think this product works best with fine straight hair.

Not as advertised!!! Don’t buy this hair dryer… It doesn’t work… Not easy to use and it doesn’t curls the hair. And bestbuy has a 15 day return policy…BE AWARE OF THAT. I went to the store trying to return the hair dryer and they told me they have a 15 day policy and refused it. So. Now I contacted my credit card company to ask them to help me resolve this issue. Bestbuy is Terrible.

Too heavy to hold for very long; awkward to use, especially one-handed.

I have seen so many positive reviews of this so I was so excited to get it. It was a huge let down honestly. The blow dry setting fries my hair even way turned down and pulled away from my head. The curl options just whips my hair around like crazy and knots it up when I'm trying to pull the rod out. I've had the revlon brush dryer for years and regret not just buys another one of those. Way cheaper and works so much faster.

Honestly really disappointed. I have curly hair & was looking to upgrade from my Revlon one step dryer brush. Sadly, the Revlon does a better job. The Shark simply is unable to blow dry my hair to a smooth texture. Tried multiple times with different products, smaller sections, multiple passes, wet hair, damp hair, dry hair, everything. Always a puffy, textured blowout.

This product does not work. Worked for 5 months and then gave out. DO NOT BUY THIS ESPECIALLY NOT FROM BEST BUY! I bought this as a birthday gift for myself. I am so disaappinted in Best Buy. Your welcome for the $300 donation.
