When straight, this is a good amount longer than a typical curling iron. All of the attachments do what they are supposed to, but particularly the brushes and curling barrels need practice to get them to be most effective at holding your hair’s shape.

The first time I used it, it curled my hair well and it lasted for 12 hours. I have not been able to keep a curl longer than 1 minute since then but did not return the tool. It's a great blow dryer, but the curls are not lasting which is the whole point of the tool. No dust, but the barrels can only grab onto like half inch of hair which isnt great for someone who has long, thick, corse hair. If you have asian hair, I wouldn't recommend this one since it doesn't really work.
