Not ergonomic. Heavy for the wrist. Not for textured hair. It does dry hair fast but not worth the hype.

I have long, thick, and curly hair. Getting a brush to relax my curls and comb my hair is not easy. This has made my drying time much faster. Loving it!

I lile the dryer and volume tool … but it is not user friendly i havent been able to curl my hair it is very frustrating to pay so much for basically a drier brush that you can get for $40. I wanted to return but it was too late

Got it for a gift for my wife! Not thrilled about spending this much on hair tools, but my wife assures me it's worth it! She "watched the videos"

This is better than the dyson in my opinion in every aspect. It styles beautifully and is all in one.

The quality could’ve been better. Sturdier, for example, when you pull on the hair when you’re wrapping it, the brushes come off if you have too much tension which is the point when straightening your hair. I’d say if you have thin and not too much thickness it will work for you. But if you have a lot of hair and if you try to dry it straight the actual piece pops right off. The only good thing is that it does dry the pieces fairly quickly if you do itty bitty sections. Not what you’d expect for $300

I have curly long hair that I blow out straight. I have a dyson and bought a rapid style gloss.I was so impressed with the rapid style I bought the flex . Honestly I gave up after 10 mins, When the first section of my hair STILL was not dry. I dried with the rapid style and went back to use the curling barrel . Also just meh. Bc my hair is mid back length I didnt expect a full curl but I could only get a good bend never a curl. Its going right back. My only complaint about the rapid style is that the plug is cheap - a product like this needs an anchor prong .

Bulky and doesn't spin, so its hard on my wrist. There are cheaper alternatives.

The tool was faulty from the start. The comb attachment repeatedly detached while in use, and the device ultimately caused my electrical socket to blow out. Best Buy’s 14-day return policy is unreasonable, and they offered no meaningful assistance. Shark’s customer service has also been unhelpful throughout this process. Overall, this has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made.

Maybe this is the best tool ever made, unfortunately I will have to wait for the unit I purchased from Shark. I ordered from Best Buy for my wife. It arrived fairly quick, she opened the mailer and immediately said something was wrong. The box was torn as if it had been previously wrapped as a gift, and was scotch taped shut. She proceeded to open the box to find it was stuffed in there, missing information cards and best of all, had someone else’s hair wrapped all in the rollers. I contacted Best Buy and was told they are out of stock, sorry, and I can return for a refund. I completely lost trust in Best Buy after this, do not feel as if anyone cares that they sent me a used item when I paid for a brand new product, not to mention how unhygienic it is to send someone a box of someone stranger’s hair. Disgusted doesn’t come close to describing how I feel about the entire situation.

Died after 3 months of regular use. Before that it worked wonderfully, but for it to die so quickly was a huge waste of money…

I tried this item for 2 weeks and actually returned it. My hair was not curling with the curler. I liked the brush attachment but did not feel that the price of this item warranted the one attachment.

My daughter loves this item she received as a gift for Christmas! And, very popular on social media sites too.

Easy to use and makes a great gift an affordable substitute for the Dyson air wrap and works almost as good!

I’m always on the go and the shark gives me a nice blow out at the fraction of the cost and time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a quiet blow dryer which I enjoy. The styling tools don’t work well with short fine hair. I’m hoping it’s going to last a long time because it’s very pricey!

I bought this item as it reflected the similarities as a Dyson and half the price. Unfortunately, less than 6 months the air wrap stopping working. A red light reflected showing as if the dryer was over heating. After unplugging and replugging back in, the problem seems to be fixed but after a few wraps the dryer stopped working again. I’m a total tech customer and currently waiting at Best Buy to see how they can resolve this issue for me.

Wife didn't like it. Seemed a bit complicated to use but what do I know. She prefers the dyson one but holy hell is that one way more pricy.

Amazing product at half the price of Dyson. Best Buy warranties this product for 2 years within store.
