Great product. Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She primarily uses it for curling and blow drying her hair. It does take a bit of practice but overall great.

This is a great product which is easy to use. The price is also reasonable, especially when compared to similar products.

I picked up the Shark FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System Indigo Rush for my partner and me, and after using it for two weeks, it’s safe to say this thing has become the best compromise we could’ve hoped for. I wanted something that would be reliable and quickly dry my shorter hair without fuss and she wanted a tool that could style, smooth, and curl hers. The FlexStyle does both of those things well enough that we’re both happy with it. Out of the box the FlexStyle’s Indigo Rush finish looks sleek and I personally approve of this look because I don't feel embarrassed using it, say if it was hot pink. The hair dryer's main draw is its modular design in that you are able to swap between the dryer body and the various styling heads quickly, so it’s a one device solution for blow drying, creating waves or curls. For my hair short, it mostly just needs quick drying, so I just use the release switch to swivel it into blow dryer mode, and it works like a standard blow dryer. It dries my hair quickly without needing to blast it at full speed or have it at max heat. For my partner this has now replaced the need of her ever going to one of those blow out salons because she is able to do what they do with the styling brush and curling attachments to create defined curls. The versatility of the FlexStyle Switching from dryer to styler is super simple. She can go from towel dry to a full styled look without bringing out 3 different tools. The settings are intuitive, there’s enough range to find a gentle warm setting for delicate styling and a hotter setting for speed when we’re rushing. And when Air styling she wraps the part of her hair with heat and then shocks it with cool air to keep the curls in place. There is somewhat of a learning curve to this and we watched several videos online with girls who had similar hair, explaining the correct technique and she was able to figure it out after the 3rd time using it. So, I recommend watching some videos to use it correctly. The FlexStyle is well balanced and fits in the hand well even for those with smaller hands. And when she was using the brush head for longer styling sessions her arm wasn't getting sore from holding it. Her only nit pick was that she wished the barrel was a tad thicker and a little longer, to grab more hair when styling it. Price wise, this is where this product really stands out. It’s positioned super competitively with the quality and performance towards the high end models on the market. So when we were home for the holidays at my parents house, my mom had the high end premium styler from the vacuum company (which costs roughly three times as much), and decided to compare them. I asked her to do half her hair with the FlexStyle and the other half with the expensive one and see if the rest of the family could tell the difference. We couldn't... That being said, for a household that wants to share one hairdryer that can do everything for two people with different hair needs, that price to performance matters. If you want one tool that genuinely covers basic drying plus real styling without breaking the bank this is a very practical product to go with.

I have long wavy hair and the curls do not hold well, my blow out will fall into an “everyday” sort of look within an hour, even with hair spray. However, All the other futures work great! My hair is dried and straightened within minutes. I’ve even noticed I can push wash days even further now. This tool is great if you need a simple style. If you’re looking for intense volume and an extremly strong hold I would suggest investing in the dyson.

Love it! Had been debating purchasing the Dyson hairwrap but didn’t want to pay that much. My friend recommended me this one and I was able to purchase it back in October. I had been keeping my eye on it for a while since it was/has been out of stock. I’ve used it at least twice a week since I purchased it and I love it. I have thick hair and it takes me about 15 minutes to dry and style it. It’s easy to follow except the left/right curling takes a little getting used to. I recommend watching TikTok/YouTube videos on how to use it before as that gave me a visual and I went in knowing what to expect. It’s quiet and better than the revlon dryer I was using before. I ordered one for my mom off the shark site since Best Buy has been out. If they had it I would’ve purchased it already for her.

I have never seen a hairdryer like this one until my daughter in law purchased one, so that made me buy one and I just love how you have cool or hot air to dry your hair, and the extra hair tools are definitely a big plus !!

There are different kinds of hair and products for styling each of them, the cost to have a product for each type of hair style would be very expensive, however this hair dryer, which is priced quite competitively and I could even say below the competition, allows you to get virtually any type of style that is to your liking and according to the type of hair you have. The first thing you ask is if this product is worth the price and knowing that there are other options out there with similar features, the honest answer I can give is, it is definitely worth every penny, it is a hair dryer that offers much more than just drying your hair, which by the way compared to an ordinary dryer is much more effective. The design besides being very aesthetic and elegant, is made in a way that is very simple and easy to use, a function that I really like is that you press a button to rotate the top of the dryer to have a better angle and grip when drying, I was fascinated. The motor blows out enough air in three levels to dry your hair in a short time. In terms of heat it also has three levels but with the first two you can style your hair very well because it generates enough heat and this added to the fact that it blows out the air strongly, makes it unnecessary to use the maximum heat level. Before styling the hair it is recommended to use some product to protect the hair from the heat, this varies from person to person, however we must not forget that we are exposing our hair to heat. The performance is great, each of the ways the aceseories can be use, I get a excellent result, it takes time but it is worh it. It is possible to straighten the hair and curl it if desired, give volume or if you have curly hair you can also get many styles. There are video guides on the Shark Beauty Youtube channel that shows you how to use the accessories in the best way and get the best out of them, I find them very useful. It is a product that, when you consider the price on the market for similar products that have an outstanding performance, exceeds expectations by far. Each of the accesories fit together without a problem, it is easy to use, it is comfortable and one thing that I like is that it has a button that when you hold it down when using hot air, it blows out cold air which is very helpful in some cases.The hair dryer is kind of loud similar to most common hair dryers. In summary, I can say that there are a countless number of hairstyles that can be achieved with this hair dryer, similar results to those of a beauty salon. It has a very elegant design, includes accessories quite useful and the best thing is not expensive, if you do not want to spend on high end brand products, this Shark FlexStyle is a great option, highly recommended.
