ALL-IN-ONE Solution that takes HALF THE TIME!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a woman with thick, straight hair, it takes FOREVER to blow dry my hair completely with a tradition blow dryer. Around 30 to 45 minutes depending on how long I let it towel or air dry. After taking that much time to dry, I don’t really like to take the time to curl my hair or style it any other way than pulling it back into a pony tail. I was sold on this when it advertised fast drying power, the multi-styler options were a plus. Let me just say that after the first blow dry taking less than half the time that it normally takes that I was excited to try out the curlers. I was amazed at how quite the dryer was! I only dried to 90% as the guide suggested, held a section of hair out and watched as my hair wrapped around the curler automatically without having to twist. Hold for 10 seconds heat then 10 seconds cold blast then turn off and pull down. Pin up curls until done and cool. Easy! The other stylers are easy to use to straighten or provide extra volume. Three levels of temperatures with three levels of heat along with the stylers offer an all-in-one solution to create your unique style while saving time and not damaging your hair.

HALF THE TIME AND HALF THE PRICE!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For people who don’t want to read the whole review I will sum this up in one sentence. My wife absolutely loved it. One thing my wife hates after taking a shower is drying her hair because it takes forever, plus her long and thick don’t help either. She usually spends around 30 to 45 minutes drying her hair and then do whatever else she has to, and on top of that bring out all of her other gear to curl or to straighten, but not anymore. The Ninja FlexStyle has changed her life. In the box you will find the Shark FlexStyle, (2) 1.25” Auto-wrap curlers, Oval Brush, Paddle Brush and a Styling Concentrator. The Ninja FlexStyle is lightweight solution, weighing about 25 oz., for Air styling, Curling and Drying. Looking at its size, it does not look like much, but it will leave you pleasantly surprised. With just a simple twist of the top this wand turns into a powerful hair dryer that dries your hair in no time (Down to 10 to 15 minutes for my wife) heats up fast and no hair damage. Simply twist it back into a wand and use the provided accessories to curl your hair or add some volume with the paddle or the oval brushes. The FlexStyle has Three heat options, Cool air button, and 3 speeds that can all be adjusted based on your preference. The Styler is easy to operate and comes with a really long cord for added flexibility. The FlexStyle has replaced about 4 of my wife’s current hair accessories. Overall, this is a quality product that costs half the price of the other brand and works just as well if not better. The StyleFlex gets the job done in half the time and at half the price. If you want to save money and buy a good quality product, then I would definitely suggest that you check try this out.

Great hair dryer, a few minor flaws.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What got me excited I have many Shark vacuums, so I’m familiar with the brand. I didn’t know that Shark even made hair dryers until I came across the Flexstyle. What I’m expecting I’m expecting this thing to be amazing considering the price tag. What’s included in the packaging? Out of the box you get the hair dryer, two curling attachments, and a brush attachment. My first impressions My first reaction upon seeing this is that this is the first hair dryer I’ve ever seen that has a power brick power adaptor. It’s also not as big as I expected. I could see this easily fitting into a weekend bag for a trip. The build qu ality is really high. The material feels like a very sturdy plastic, and everything looks well machined. Let’s try it out The Flexstyle has 3 heat settings, 3 power settings, a cool button, and the on/off button. Near the top is a button that allows you to rotate the head, creating a nice “7” shape. I’m guessing it’s better to keep it straight for the extensions, but for everyday use, I like the “7” shape. The sound is surprisingly low. On the hottest setting, it is pretty hot. The cool button changes the temperature immediately. I wish that the power and temp buttons were rockers, instead of a single button that you have to cycle through. What stood out that was positive For it’s small size, it is powerful. The noise isn’t loud, and that’s a major plus. The chord is long enough where I feel like it won’t unplug itself if I move back an extra couple of inches. What stood out that was negative The design engineering gets a ding here. The power button is located a few inches above the intake. By default, you want to just keep your hand there after turning it on, but logic says move it away so there’s a good air flow. I think either moving the intake somewhere else, maybe near the rotate button, or move the power button a bit higher would have made more sense. Some things I wish (What can be included in the next version and what I would take out) Add a power and temp rocker (Like the ones on phones), keep the power button and the air intake away from each other, and maybe make a version that’s rechargeable so you can have it unplugged. Who is this targeted at? This is targeted at everybody. A hair dryer is a modern necessity, so it makes sense to get one if you need one. All in all Shark surprised me with their Flexstyle hair dryer. The price is high for what it does, but as long as it lasts more than 5 years, I’ll say that it was worth the investment. I would definitely recommend it.

Powerful time saver
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This drying system has become the new favorite in my house. My wife and daughter are fighting over who gets to use it. They both have thick hair and have a hard time drying it in a timely fashion. In the past there was always a need to have both a dryer and a brush/comb to make sure their hair was evenly drying. Since using the Flexstyle their "get ready" time has reduced significantly. They no longer need to use both hands when drying as this tool acts as both a dryer and a comb, in turn saving valuable time. This time saver comes with both a brush attachment as well as a Left and Right curling heads that attach straight onto the top of the dryer. The dryer has a 90 degree pivot and lock function too that allows the user to get the perfect angle while styling and drying their hair. The power cord does have enough slack too to give the user enough room to maneuver around. It is light weight and is comfortable on the hands and fires up to temp quick quickly. Attaching new attachments has been a breeze too as they pop off with ease. We did not, however that this does require a lot of power and tripped our breaker while using the first time but by no means a dealbreaker for this product. In short, if you're looking for a dryer/styler that is versatile enough to both style and curl then this is a great option for you. Its robust design allows the user to rapidly dry their hair while combing through vs needing a separate brush to do so. A must have time saver!

Amazing for Some, A no for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The shark flex style. Wow. Such a cool little machine. I was really excited to try this and even tho I ultimately ended up having to return it, I am glad I had the chance to use this because I was really torn between this and the Dyson because of the major price difference. PROS: 1 - I mean right off the bat just the look of it. The flex style comes in such sleek little styles like all the limited editions like the Malibu pink and the new sparkly one coming out in June, just amazing. 2 - this is a powerful little machine!! I turned it to the L shape and used it as a blow dryer and WOW so fast and powerful I was truly blown away. 3 - if you can live with the cons that I list below, this is definitely a fantastic alternative to the Dyson. 4 - my curls last 3 days and I SLEPT on them. Now granted I do have naturally curly hair so all my flat haired gurlies don’t get mad at me if it doesn’t work like that for you but yeah, my curls LASTED. 5 - my blowout was SLEEK and shiny. Like looked wayyyy better than the revlon one step, I could not believe the shine. 6 - my hair felt SO. Soft. Like I could not stop touching it. So healthy. Never felt that using the revlon one step… — CONS: Now for the sad part and the reason I had to return mine: 1 - The L design is flawed to me because in the straight position it SHAKES. Like literally the top constantly wobbles back and forth like a bobble head. It’s very slight. But in my head I am thinking - man I spent $300 on this, how is this gonna last me 3 years when this thing is like constantly wobbling back and forth? Idk. To me it just felt like that joint where it bends is a break waiting to happen. 2 - The NOISE. My goodness. This thing is jarringly loud. I have some hearing loss in my left ear and I needed to put in ear plugs to use this because it was creating a horrible ringing sound in my ears and I got a headache that wouldn’t go away for like 24 hours. So ultimately those TWO things made this a no for me. And there’s minor differences between the shark and the Dyson that made me end up with the Dyson even though it’s more expensive. The straight design, and the Dyson is quieter. As well as the grip of the curls. Again my curls lasted with the shark but the grip was very loose, but the Dyson grips my curls so strong and I do feel like I get a slightly better result with my hair type. BOTTLM LINE: this is an amazing tool, that is very good quality. So if you can live with the noise and the movement of the arm, don’t hesitate - upgrade from the your 1 step for less hair damage!!

The ultimate Christmas gift
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift, and to say she loves it is an underestimation. She has been using it constantly ever since opening it, and it has easily become her favorite styling tool. According to her, the learning curve is practically nonexistent. It is incredibly lightweight and easy to use compared to traditional tools, which means she can style her entire head without her arms getting tired. The real proof of how good this product is came during a few recent special events we had to attend. Normally, she would schedule an appointment at a hair salon to get a professional blowout or style. With this tool, she managed to get salon-quality volume and smooth curls completely by herself at home. Her hair looked perfect, and it saved us a ton of time and money. I managed to catch it during a holiday sale at Best Buy, which made the purchase an even bigger win. If you are looking for a foolproof, premium gift for your spouse that actually lives up to the hype, this is absolutely the one to get.

Compact and versatile
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros Quiet Versatile Easy to hold Easy to use Heats up fast Lighter than most Length allows easy reach Attachments click in easily and solid Cons Setting curls requires turning on and off Buttons difficult to find by touch No storage for attachments Awkward power brick in middle of cord Design and Features The Shark FlexStyle has a unique look compared to other hair dryers and curling irons. The body is thinner than a normal hairdryer but thicker and longer than a curling iron with what would be best described as a rose gold finish. The overall thickness is ideal for most to hold it comfortably. It feels well-built but light enough for extended use. The air intake is at the bottom of the handle. All attachments, including the curling iron, use hot air. At the bottom of the handle is the power switch and a speed and heat button. There are three speed settings and three heat settings. The speed setting is indicated by three blue lights and the heat by three red lights. Halfway up the handle is a cool boost button. There is a sliding button used to unlock the swivel which allows you to change it from hairdryer mode to the other functions. There is also a slider button to release attachments just below where you install the different attachments. The cord is plenty long for most people and is smaller at the end then most allowing it to plug into tighter spaces. This seems to have been achieved by putting the power brick in the middle of the cord. Thankfully the power cord swivels at the base of the handle so you shouldn’t need to worry about the cord getting twisted. There is no carrying case or bag included to take care of all the attachments. Usage and Performance Using it as a hairdryer is straightforward. Just unlock and rotate the end to hairdryer mode. It locks into place automatically. When you first slide on the power switch it defaults to cold but one press of the heat setting, and you will discover what is likely the fastest time you have ever experienced for a hairdryer to heat up. The process feels nearly instant. The amount of airflow and heat the FlexStyle can provide seems unexpected considering its size. The noise is also noticeably less than most hairdryers which comes in handy when other members of the family have different schedules. With just one door closed and a room away others didn’t even realize it was running. It didn’t make any other unpleasant motor sounds and mainly sounded like air rushing. It’s nice to have a smaller power plug, but for some the power brick might take a bit of getting used to. Depending on your countertop you might have an issue where the power brick slides off the counter tugging the drying unexpectedly while you are using it. It is a bit of a tradeoff but if this minor annoyance means the plug works in more places, then it seems worthwhile. The hairdryer function is nice, but the attachments are where things get more interesting. First, they install easily with a distinct click to let you know they are locked. Once they are locked, they won’t come off unless you hold the unlock button while pulling. No need to worry about attachments falling off during use. Using the paddle brush attachment cut a lot of time out of normal process of blowing dry and flat ironing with a similar look and slightly more body. The process also left the hair looking healthy using just blow dry spray. While the family doesn’t usually do curls the auto-wrap curlers seemed worth trying. They are labeled left and right but you can reverse them depending on if you want your hair to curl in or out such if you are wanting to do a curly blowout. The process is easy and slightly entertaining as your hair moves on its own. You take a section of hair and place the auto-wrap curler in the middle of the section of hair. The airflow pulls the hair around the curler without any twisting. Once the end is wrapped you move the curler closer to your head for it to wrap the rest while still not needing to twist. The extra length of the FlexStyle comes in handy here as well because you can keep your hand lower while holding it giving your arm a bit of a break. It also makes reaching the back a bit easier. Once the hair is fully wrapped you hold it for 10 seconds, then hold the cool boost button for 10 seconds to set the curl. After this you turn off the dryer and pull the curler portion down and out, so you don’t move the curl. While simple, it would have been great to see Shark add an automatic set button that does this process for you. One thing that is a bit awkward about the process is having to cross your other hand over to press and hold the cool button. The cool button is hard to find by touch. This is similar with turning it off but slightly easier as the power button is a little easier to feel. One thing that takes some adjustment is how the auto-wrap system blows out heat as it curls. The curler creates a hot spiral of air. Once you have it fully wrapped it sits next to your scalp for 10 seconds blasting you with extremely hot air. It’s still safer than bumping your skin with a regular curling iron but it’s worth noting you could still burn yourself. Another lesson you might learn the hard way is to be patient and let the attachments cool down before removing. You might be forgiven for thinking it is just plastic and it doesn’t get that hot. However, there is a fair bit of metal inside and out on the attachments, and they get very hot very quick. Final Thoughts The Shark FlexStyle at first glance seems a bit unusual but does a good job of combining several tools into one and possibly improving on some. If you are in the market for a compact multipurpose hair styling tool whether it is for travel or just at home the Shark FlexStyle is worth a look.

Excellent styling system with no direct heat!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Shark FlexStyle Air Stying & Drying System, Powerful Hair Blow Dryer and Multi-Styler - Straight and Wavy Hair in Indigo Rush is an excellent option for drying and styling your medium to long hair without damaging it. In the box you get the Shark FlexStyler Dryer, 2 1.25 curlers (left and right), and an oval brush attachment. The SharkFlexStyler Dryer is the most powerful dryer I have ever used in my life. I thought it was pretty cool though because it actually dried my hair in no time flat. This was without any of the attachments on it. I just wanted to try it without the attachments and it was super strong. The curling attachments are 1.25 each. There is one that turns left and one that turns right. This is automatic, and it’s really cool. The brush attachment is oval and I love it. It makes my hair so shiny, dries it, and puts a little bit of curl in the ends all at the same time. The great thing about this styling system is that it curls and straightens your hair while drying it. It uses no direct heat at all, just air as it’s drying it and yes, hot air, but not like putting your hair directly on a hot iron. It makes all the difference in the world. The curls hold very well too. The con for me is that I have really thick hair and it takes me forever to do my whole head of hair, but that is with any styling system. I give this 5 of 5 stars, because it’s that good of a system.

Not for thick, dense hair
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The FlexStyle is a really innovative hair dryer that offers a lot of options for styling, convenience, and travel. As a guy with long hair, my main use for this is travel. It lets me bring both a blow dryer and a brush in one tool, which is perfect for me. I travel a lot for work, I hate hotel blow dryers, and I somehow always forget my brush, so this will be a huge upgrade. I did try the air curl function, but my hair is very fine and “wispy,” as my wife calls it, so I didn’t have much luck getting good curls. My wife was really interested in this feature and tried it several times too, but she didn’t get the results she was hoping for either. Her hair is extremely thick and dense, and while she could get the curls to hold, they came out more like tight ringlets, which isn’t the style she wanted. The device does require swapping the curler between left and right attachments, which can be a little confusing at first. That said, switching attachments is very easy, and the whole system is designed well. Everything twist locks into place smoothly, and it feels solid. We both love the color of this dryer, it’s a beautiful almost sapphire blue, and I can’t imagine a nicer color choice. The shape and overall feel are great too. The drying power is plenty strong for me with long, thin hair, but for my wife it wasn’t quite powerful enough. All in all, I think most people will appreciate this dryer and get the results they’re looking for. For both of us it came up a little short in the styling department, but even so, it’s become my new travel blow dryer, and for that purpose it’s basically perfect.

Perfect hair styling tool you will love to use.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first impression of the Shark FlexStyle Air Styling system is that of a premium hair tool. The look and feel is very impressive and it feels very durable in the hand. You can tell it is not a cheap tool. The pivoting head is a very cool feature and it makes switching from a traditional blow dryer to a curler very easy. First and foremost, the hair dryer feature is powerful traditional hair dryer. The shape of the tool is is straight tube and fits in the hand very nice. The system is also very lightweight. It makes operating it very easy. The brush attachment is also a convenient way to blow out your hair. It leaves the ends, or tips, curly. My daughter's hair is very thick so it took several attempts to get a curl. She has this issue with all hot air brushes as well. The curlers are also a nice add on, however my daughter only tried it once. It did work well, the one time she used it, for one curl. It worked very well so she stopped since she did not want to style her hair with extreme curls. Overall, we are very pleased with the Shark FlexStyle System. It is nice and compact so that we easily take it with on vacation. The styling features also work very well. Shark continues to make high quality products that my family loves to use.

Best one by far
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent all-in-one hair tool. It dries hair quickly, styles smoothly, and the attachments are easy to use and switch out. I love how versatile it is—I can go from drying to curling or smoothing without needing multiple tools. It delivers salon-quality results while being much more affordable than similar high-end stylers. Highly recommend for everyday use.

Flex Style Review
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Shark FlexStyle for my wife, and it is easily one of the best gifts I’ve ever given her. She uses it constantly and completely replaced her old blow dryer and curling iron with it. • Massive Time Saver: It dries and styles her hair at the same time, which means she gets ready in half the time (a massive win for both of us when we're trying to get out the door). • Amazing Results: Her hair looks incredibly shiny, healthy, and has that perfect, bouncy salon blowout look every time she uses it. • Great Value: It delivers the exact same high-end results as the much more expensive brands but at a way better price point. If you are looking to score some serious major points with your wife, buy this immediately. You won't regret it!

Blow Dryer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[Employee of bestbuy] I have really long hair and it takes forever for it to dry. This blow dryer has a lot of air pressure, so it actually dries really quickly. When I use the brush, it is nice that it has a place at the end to stabilize the brush with out me burning my fingers. It is really really loud though even for a blow dryer. It has like a high pitch whistle. I end up just using it on the second speed because the whistle isn't as loud when you go down in speed. My husband uses it and it doesn't bother him one bit at full blast. It also seems pretty sturdy when changing the angle. Since my hair is so long, I end up hold the blow dryer at the very end of the wand. I have to be careful because I end up covering the intake vent.

Effective Hair Styling, Without the Heat Damage
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.----- SUMMARY ----- Verdict: The Shark FlexStyle is an excellent all-in-one styler that doesn’t cause heat damage. The included attachments, 4 heat, and 3 airflow modes, along with the ability to flip from drying to styling make the FlexStyle very versatile. It delivers impressive results and will save you time. My wife recommends it to anyone looking to up their hair styling game. Pros: - Can be a hair styling wand or dryer - Avoids causing heat damage by regulating temperatures - Multiple attachments included for various hairstyles - Lightweight and easy to use Cons: - Doesn’t come with a case/bag ----- DETAILS ----- Design & Use: What’s unique about the Shark FlexStyle is that it transforms from a hair styling wand into a hair dryer. There’s a switch that you press which allows you to easily rotate the straight wand into an L-shaped blow dryer. In either shape, you can use one of the attachments to accomplish the look you’re going for. The box includes two 1.25” curlers (one that curls left and another right), an oval brush, and a paddle brush. They just snap into place and they’re locked in so that they don’t fall off. There’s another switch on the back to release the attachment lock. The third switch is located at the bottom and it turns the power on/off. There are also three buttons, one that controls airflow, another for temperature control, and a third that provides cool air. Having three switches and three buttons is much more than my wife is used to on a hair styling device but she thought they were intuitive. She skipped over the instructions because she was excited to try the Shark FlexStyle out and didn’t need to reference them, but they’re included and thorough. A style guide is also included in the box which my wife appreciated because it gives you tips to achieve the look you’re going for, including the recommended heat and air settings. The one gripe my wife and I have is that the FlexStyle doesn’t include a case/bag for easier storage in our bathroom, or for traveling. That’s a minor inconvenience though for an otherwise exceptional product. Overall, we’re surprised by how compact and lightweight the design is, especially for such a versatile device. We think Shark did an excellent job by balancing versatility with ease of use and portability. Features & Performance: Dry hair, split ends, and breakage caused by heat damage are a thing of the past, thanks to the Shark FlexStyle. After my wife tested it out, she’s a believer in Shark’s claim that the FlexStyle measures and regulates temperatures 1,000 times per second to ensure consistent heating. Many other similar hair styling devices heat up as you use them, but she hasn’t noticed that with the FlexStyle. There are 4 heat and 3 airflow settings that allow you to customize your styling. Couple that with all of the available attachments and the impressive results, and you can make it look like you just came from the salon. My wife said she has never really been able to curl her hair well with a normal curling iron, but the FlexStyle with its auto-wrap curler attachments works great. If you’re like my wife and haven’t used an air styling and drying device like this before, it might take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be styling your hair better and in less time. ----- WHAT’S IN THE BOX ----- 1 x Shark FlexStyle Air Drying & Styling System 2 x 1.25” Auto-Wrap Curlers 1 x Oval Brush 1 x Paddle Brush 1 x Styling Concentrator 1 x Styling Guide 1 x Safety/Warranty/Troubleshooting Instructions

Shark FlexStyle: A Versatile Hair Styling Dream
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Shark FlexStyle is a versatile hair styling tool that offers a range of styling options. The magnetic attachments make switching between styles quick and easy. The dryer itself is powerful, drying hair quickly and efficiently. The styling attachments create smooth, straight styles and bouncy waves with ease. The only downside is that the device can be a bit bulky to store. Overall, the Shark FlexStyle is a great option for those who want a versatile styling tool that can do it all.

Results were subpar, not for everyone.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The device works overall but has some quarks. Obviously, how well it does depends on the hair you are using it on and the user. I tested this mainly on my daughter and in summary, the curls wouldn’t stay even following the instructions to the letter, but the brush was great at adding volume to hair. Either way, it did an overall good job but results were not stellar. I am sure with a little practice results might be better. Pros: The design is very modern, sleek, and space saving. I can see the appeal with the design and 3 in 1 system which consist of the blow dryer, oval brush, and auto-wrap curlers. The blow dryer and oval brush save a lot of time and effort by cutting down the time it takes to style and blow dryer hair by at least 1/2 the time. When using the oval brush to style the hair, it creates shiny, soft, and frizz free hair, even without using styling products depending on your hair. The attachments are removed with no effort at all, just a switch of a button. The settings allow you to control the heat applied to your hair low, medium, and high, which is also the case for the air flow. Cons: The Auto-Wrap curlers are a good idea, however the execution is lacking. First, the instructions state that the hair must be 80-90% dry hair, which makes sense because it makes your hair easier to style, however the results were not as desired (see attached pictures). The curls were undefined, frizzy, and fell flat. The airflow is supposed to automatically pick up the ends of your hair which did not happen perhaps due to the air flow not being powerful enough. It just resulted in the hair blowing everywhere and making it frizzy, and definitely not curly or wavy. Also, when you wrap your hair around the wand “creating the curl”, you’re supposed to secure it, and hold the “Cool Shot” button for ten seconds to lock in your curl. Again, the idea seems pretty straightforward, however once you release the wand, the air flow blows your hair everywhere creating a frizzy, undefined, and flat curl. At first, I tried again thinking there was user error on my part, so after towel drying and blow drying my daughter’s hair, the results were the same.

Excellent Luxury Styling $ Dryer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Truth be told, the feedback I received from this from my daughter and wife because, well, my bald head had little to offer, so here is their feedback: They both LOVED it! Here are some notes: *Representation and compatibility w many different hair types *Cool touch areas for safety and comfort *Easy to use, intuitive *Compatible with many hair types *Attractive, durable packaging *Packaging space seems to be utilized efficiently too *Instructions provided as well as 4+ QR codes to online instructions *Tools are easy to use and offer many options My seventeen-year-old daughter has long hair. After using for several days and experimenting with the various tools, each day her hair had a different "look" or "texture"... I'm honestly not sure if I am using the correct nomenclature or terminology, but that's the best I can articulate. End of the day, this is probably a borderline "luxury" item but that said, if you have the means and need, they both highly recommend it. And I also know they both have recommended it to personal friends. Great product!

This is by far the best dryer in the market!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this hair dryer! It is so compact and lightweight, making easy to use and travel with. But don’t let the size fool you. This little guy has a power of a full size hairdryer. This is by far the best dryer in the market. It gets much hotter and because of the handle swivel and the concentrating nozzle, it dries my shoulder length hair completely in minutes. And I love that you can easily manipulate the nozzle to which direction you want. I was really excited to try the air wraps tools. The only thing I didn’t like it was the fact you have to swap barrels in order to switch the curl direction, which is a little uncomfortable because they are hot. My favorite was definitely the big round brush attachment. I have curly hair, and I loved the sleek, frizz free hair that the round brush attachment gave to my hair. Overall this is a good deal, allowing you to customize your own personal tools. And we can not ignore the main purpose of this product is to kind of also protect your hair from the harsh heat Big thanks to Shark for including us, curly, coily and more hair textures girls when developing this product at a much better price! Shark FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System it’s perfect!

Solid Styling and Dryer system with awesome power!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Shark FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System in Indigo Rush is a versatile, powerful, and budget-friendly multi-styler that rivals the Dyson Airwrap. I have a daughter on a D1 College Dance team – and she loves the product - benefiting from its fast drying, styling versatility, and reduced heat damage—perfect for creating polished looks that hold up under the lights and intensity of football and basketball games. DESIGN AND BUILD: • Convertible Wand: The FlexStyle transforms seamlessly from a blow dryer into a styling wand with a simple twist. She’s had no trouble switching attachments. • Attachments Included: The Straight & Wavy Hair set comes with: - Two 1.25-inch Auto-Wrap Curlers - Styling Concentrator - Paddle Brush - Oval Brush • Color & Aesthetic: The Indigo Rush finish that I have is a limited-edition shade, sleek and modern, making it stand out from standard black or stone versions – but all color work equally as well so don’t worry about that. PERFORMANCE • Drying Power: My daughter and her teammates have commented that it’s one of the most powerful and fast-drying hair dryers they’ve used. This is critical for dancers who need quick styling before performances. • Heat Management: Uses air flow rather than direct heat, minimizing damage while still achieving smooth, styled results. • Curling Functionality: Auto-Wrap Curlers create bouncy curls, though they only curl in one direction, requiring a swap for symmetry. • Straightening & Smoothing: The paddle and oval brushes help tame frizz and create sleek ponytails or voluminous waves—ideal for dance team aesthetics. COMPARISON TO COMPETITORS • Price Advantage: The Shark Flexstyle typically sells at about half the cost of the competitors products – making this an exceptional deal and on sale for the holidays! • Dryer Strength: Stronger airflow than many competitive products, meaning faster prep time. • Limitations: Slightly louder and less effective at fully taming frizz compared some competitors. USE CASE My daughter’s dance team performances demand long-lasting, polished hairstyles that withstand movement, sweat, and game-day lighting. The Shark FlexStyle delivers in several ways: • Quick Prep: Fast drying means less time in the dressing room before events. • Versatility: She can switch between sleek straight looks for uniformity or voluminous curls for themed routines. • Durability: Styles hold up through high-energy choreography thanks to the strong airflow and effective attachments. • Reduced Damage: Frequent styling before games and competitions doesn’t fry her hair, keeping it healthy despite regular use. TRADE OFFS & CONSIDERATIONS • Noise: Louder than some competitors, which can be distracting in shared prep spaces. • Curl Direction: Requires swapping curlers mid-style for symmetrical curls. • Storage: The FlexStyle I purchased doesn’t include a premium storage case. OVERALL The Shark FlexStyle in Indigo Rush is a powerful, stylish, and cost-effective multi-styler. For my daughter on the dance team, it’s the perfect tool: quick, versatile, and protective against heat damage. It ensures she can step onto the floor with hair that looks polished, professional, and performance-ready.
