Like the results but gets really hot! Also the cool seems more warm than dyson.

My hair naturally curly and never had issues straightening or blow drying it. Usually I use the drybar double shot and it gives me the best shinny and flowy blowout, and it is always straight for days. This product however did not work. 10 minutes after using it, my roots were getting curly and my hair was frizzy. I tried all the tips I saw online and nothing helped. The curl attchement does not hold/stay doesn’t matter how much hairspray I use. Overall very disappointed and wish I could return this. My hair looks frizzy and ugly and when I use it. Do not recommend if your hair is not straight.

If you have curly and frizzy hair this ain’t for you. It’s also pretty noisy. Which I had a positive review

Did not work for my wife, she tried all of the different settings and her hair would not stay the way she fixed it.

I like the brush blowout feature but the attachment comes off with resistance while blowing out even though it is locked. The curling attachment is a learning curve for sure but overall I like the product.

I got this Shark FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System to try out primarily to get back into curling my hair again. For years I relied on curling my hair with a straightener and it worked out well for me, but when I saw this hairdryer and curler combo I thought I'd give it a try. I love other my other Shark products so I had high hopes for this product and overall I was not disappointed! I have finer hair so it doesn't take a long to dry, but using this dryer I swear just makes my hair feel better. It's way less frizzy and the heat doesn't feel like it's nearly as damaging. It gave my hair more volume too. I like the options for heat and airflow, and the option for a cool shot. The dryer is so easy to use with the 90 degree pivot. I didn't feel myself waving my arms around as much to get my whole head dry. The brush attachment is easy to attach and use. I've never used an attachment like it before so it took me a few tries to use it properly and effectively. On to the curling, I love that there are left and right side curlers. That was always my biggest struggle when trying to do my hair. Using the curlers is a bit of a learning curve on my end. I haven't gotten the results I wanted yet. The curls don't look as curly as I'd like but or hold that well but I think it's user error more than the tool itself. It's fun to trial out. Overall I think this is a great product and a powerful styling tool with its multi capability for an easier time doing my hair!

The product is good but the brush attachments are a bit to big and their brissels could be tougher for someone wigh heavier hair. Also they need to change the location of the on button.

Bought for my daughter at a Best Buy store 40 miles away. Luckily I had a relative in that area to pick it up for me. Very hard to get this at a discount. Wish it came with one more accessory that does not go on sale. Overall a good buy at a discount.

I bought this because it did the same thing as the Dyson Airwrap for much less money. I regret it. It didn't work as well, and then it stopped working altogether. I took it back to Best Buy and they acted as if I was foolish to think they would do anything about it. It broke within 6 months of purchase and to them, that was a long time. To me, that's ridiculous. To pay that much for something and then be scoffed at for expecting it to work longer than 6 months was insulting. "Take it up with Shark," they said. I will, but I'll have no way to get my hair dry until this is resolved. Very disappointed.

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t make “pretty” curls. Hair ends messy

Worked great at first. Just over a year old and it spontaneously turns off while in use.

This does an awful job. Does not hold a curl, and it is hard to get it to “wrap,” even when using extremely small sections. Also, it overheats every time I use it and shuts down before I am even halfway through.

I wanted to love this product and waited months for it to go on sale. Unfortunately, it left my hair really frizzy and not smooth at all.

It's somewhat odd how the Shark hair dryers can look more like a lightsaber than the typical bathroom appliance I grew up with, and yet still somehow make more intuitive sense to me than any other hair styling tools I've tried. I've had many SharkNinja products over the years and found them to occupy an interesting middle ground between meme-worthy fluff and solid engineering. The FlexStyle stands apart in leaning a bit more towards the latter than the former. Rather than including every possible tool and option you might need they opt for an almost minimalist loadout of a hairdryer, oval brush, and curling set. More accessories are available if you want them, of course, but for most I imagine this will be more than enough. All three do their jobs very well and, thanks to the power of the hair dryer, very quickly. And unlike the last hairdryer I had, I didn't actually need to consult any guides on how to work them either. Everything from the settings to the behavior of the different attachments is intuitive enough to get good results with maybe five minutes of study, specifically on which parts of the tools are actually safe to touch when you're using them, and it does a great job of drying even thick hair without risking heat damage.

Returned. Was not what i had expected for a qaulity hair dryer.

Stopped working after literally ONE use. After doing some googling to see if others had the same problem.. I don’t know how this product is still sold. Countless reviews and feedback about how they eventually just stop turning on. Shark will replace it but you have to send them a video Of you cutting the wire before they’ll send a replacement. Seems like a hassle. I returned it, save the money for the Dyson

If you don't know about the trouble with styling Asian hair, I have two words: thick and straight. Before I go on about some minor issues, there are multiple great things about the Shark FlexStyle to write home about. First is the versatility of the styles you get from the attachment. No more lugging five different devices to get the different styles. You can easily change from a standard hair dryer to getting curls, waves, straightening, and adding volume to your hair. Out of the box, it was easy to figure out how to use the Flexstyle without even looking at the instructions. Though the styling guide that comes with it is a nice touch and definitely something I want to keep at hand for some tips and recommended settings. Like most people, drying my hair is my least favorite thing to do. And let's be honest, even with the Flexstyle, it is still my least favorite thing to do, but it allows me to finish much faster. And you can easily switch between the different attachments pretty easily. Just twist the styler upright from the 90-degree angle, and you're good to go. Of course, my favorite has to be the oval brush which gives my hair a little volume. With that said, the ones that were my least favorite were the auto-wrap curlers. Not because it wasn't functioning well; it did. But it wasn't for my hair. With Asian hair that's super straight and thick, it takes a lot for even a regular curling iron to get it to maintain its curls. So, in this case, it was an actual case of it's not you, it's me. At least this time, I'm not burning myself with a hot metal styler. One other note, the Flexstyle is a little louder than my hairdryer, partly due to all its power and air flowing from the narrow base. But, again, not a big issue compared to all the functions you get for half the cost of other competitors. Overall, for the cost and its multiple functionalities - it's a pretty great deal, and I would recommend it to anyone.

My shark has now shorted out and has over heated twice. It does the job but I would probably just save more money and go for the Dyson air wrap.
