    “The Shark Flex Styler is fun to use, but unfortunately, the curls don’t hold well. I followed the process—using the hot air, then the cool shot, and turning it off. However, by the time I finished curling all my hair, the first set of curls had already fallen flat. I tried using hairspray and pinning the curls while getting ready, but they still didn’t last. Even pinning them overnight with hairspray didn’t help; they fell flat quickly. Disappointed with the results, especially for the price.”

    I don't know why I always fall for the hype. I like the dryer portion of this product, but attachments fall short. They do nothing to straighten or smooth my hair. Just makes it more frizzy. I guess I will stick to my Dyson Air Wrap and not try to find something better.

    The curling attachments are really neat, but only hold very small amounts of hair. All other attachments are AMAZING

    The tool was faulty from the start. The comb attachment repeatedly detached while in use, and the device ultimately caused my electrical socket to blow out. Best Buy’s 14-day return policy is unreasonable, and they offered no meaningful assistance. Shark’s customer service has also been unhelpful throughout this process. Overall, this has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made.
