So much power compared to the Dyson. I bought this for my wife as her hands hurt most of the time & twisting a curling iron isn't feasible most days. She is thrilled at how easy this is to use & how great her curls stay for multiple days without recurling.

I have to say this is by far the best hair dryer or styling product I have ever owned! I have tried so many different products that claim to be easy or fun to use and they have always fallen short! This Shark FlexStyle™ Air Drying & Styling System is the best system I have had the pleasure of using. It is lightweight and easy to use. Swapping from a hairdryer to a styling tool is quick and easy. The tools you desire to use lock into place keeping them secure while using and there is a slider button to quickly unlock and change tools. The paddle brush and oval brush work fantastic to smooth out your hair and give it that salon look! I’m not going to lie I was skeptical about the auto-wrap curlers! I was convinced it was going to just tangle my hair, it didn’t and was absolutely so much fun! The auto-warp curlers are my favorite tool included in the box, this was first time in my life curling my hair without getting burned, which is huge! There are three fan speed and heat settings as well as a cool air button. The fan motor is surprisingly quiet for a hair dryer! I have never been able to use a hairdryer to store my daughters hair because she is so sensitive to sound, this one she enjoyed letting me do her hair and also LOVES the auto-wrap curlers. I can say, there isn’t really anything I don’t care for with the Shark FlexStyle™ Air Drying & Styling System. I have been enjoying using this product daily and am so thrilled with how my hair looks after using it!

I was so excited to get this product because I have been dreaming about a product like this but couldn't fathom the prices that were being asked for similar items. I have been a big fan of the Shark brand for many years so them getting into this "space" made this particular product even more exciting to me! I did switch to a round brush/blowdryer a while back and that was a big help... but still I needed to keep up with several products and the idea of having everything in one place was super enticing. As I was opening the box, I was imagining that in no time at all I would have super easy, super trendy waves. I have naturally curly hair and while it's not particularly thick, there's a lot of it and it holds water so blowdrying it is not my favorite thing to do, and if I want it to look sleek or have those trendy waves then I've had no choice but to use a styling iron. The first thing that I noticed, in using the system as a blowdryer, is the sheer power, it was a little louder than I expected but it was SO quick and powerful. I started off by rough drying and then used the curling wand attachments and while the instructions mention that you should dry to between 80% and 90% before using the wands, I have found that it's better for me to be on the low end of that. Now for the part that I wasn't expecting but ended up loving... I was picturing the waves that I can get from a styling iron, however, the curls that I ended up with were much more like what my mom used to get from using hot curlers all of the time. I end up with A TON of volume and it lasts and lasts, like I go to sleep and wake up with curl and body still all in my hair! I'm still playing with the different effects that I can achieve with this system, but I would HIGHLY recommend it to any one!

I am NOT a hair person so any tool that comes along meant to make dealing with my hair an easier task I am more than willing to give it a try. This is similar to another popular brand on the market but it has less attachments. This is definitely not a bad thing unless you need the other attachments to achieve the look you are hoping for. The instructions for this one is pretty straightforward and simple, even for someone like me. The smoothing brush attachment does an okay job smoothing my hair texture but I immediately knew I would have to add one more tool to this setup to accommodate my natural hair texture and get the smoothness I need to avoid any additional heat in my hair after completing the process until my next hair wash. So I did have to use a flat iron to truly smooth my hair out. Also, because of the texture of my hair (which many women of color may be in the same boat) the idea of leaving hair not completely dry to use the curling attachment isn’t realistic as my hair would not hold up 5 minutes after walking out of the door if I tried that and my hair would become a huge poofy mess. Using a small amount of setting spray on each section before using the curling attachment is what works for me. It’s a bit of a learning curve if you haven’t used the similar version but ultimately this works well enough. It won’t give you the same curls you could achieve with an actual curling iron but it will give you nice, soft waves to curls (smaller sections of hair to achieve more curl, bigger section to achieve soft waves). For some hair types this will be an excellent addition to their routine. For myself, it’s good if you have the additional time and if using the safer heat option for your hair to try and maintain hair health with less damage from heat. But ultimately I would probably opt for the flat iron and using it to create the curls I may want versus having to pull this set out regularly.

Included- Styling/hair dryer wand, Attachments- 2 curler barrels, oval brush, paddle brush, styling concentrator and Styling Guide The Shark FlexStyle System is a combination of hair dryer and hair styler all wrapped into one. It provides many options for most of your styling needs with multiple attachments and settings. There are 3 settings- low/medium/high. There are 4 temperature settings- none/low/medium/high. There is also a "cool shot" button. To use the Shark Flexstyle System, it is best to first dry your hair to 80-90% dry. To use it as a hair dryer, slide down the lock button and rotate the nozzle left which will switch it to the dryer mode so you can aim the heat easily. Then decide which attachment you are planning to use, push it into the wand until it clicks. The first attachment are two 1.25" barrels. They auto-wrap the hair around the barrel, one in each direction. There is no twisting and rotating required of the wand. The curl only wraps well around the barrel if it's on the high setting but gives a nice curl. The oval brush is meant to smooth while adding volume and bounce. It will give you a nice blow-out look. The paddle brush should be used if you want to smooth and straighten your hair. It might not give you a completely straight look depending on your hair type, but will be a good styling start if you want to finish up with a flat iron. The concentrator allows you to style and dry at the same time because it focuses the heat and air on a smaller area. The Styling Guide is very detailed with instructions, pictures, recommended settings and helpful tips. You can even scan the QR code to watch how-to videos. The Shark FlexStyle System works very well. It is loud and can get really hot, so it's good it has many settings so you can customize it for your hair. The attachments switch out very easily. I use a flat iron often, so that's the one attachment I'm missing since the paddle brush isn't enough for me. There is also a curl-defining diffuser available for an additional cost. But overall, you get a lot with this system. It's an attractive set and it works well. I highly recommend it.

I probably don't use the Shark FlexStyle to it's fullest potential...but my daughter does and here's what she had to say: First, let me get this out of the way...the Shark FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System looks like it's built to last. And I love the color. I was skeptical at first that the hair dryer and attachments would be hard to use and end up being more work. I was wrong! This product is so easy to use, and I use all the attachments. I was also skeptical about how powerful it would be in blow dryer mode. Again, I was wrong! The blow dryer puts out plenty of air and has three levels of power (I typically only have to go up to the medium power setting) and also three levels of heat. Just twist it and it's ready to go. The curl attachments easily wrapped my hair around it. I just had to learn to take smaller amounts of hair at a time and it worked perfectly. And it created some very nice voluminous curls! My only complaint would be the cool temperature never really gets cold. A very small grip, indeed, when you consider how great this this is! All in all I would say this is so worth the money, and a great alternative to more expensive brands. Very impressed!

This device gets my hair dried in less than half the time of a regular hair dryer. I love that I am able to dry, straighten, and curl in one hairdryer. It leaves my hair feeling silky smooth and it doesn’t get super hot. The technology is phenomenal….highly recommended!!!

Love this! Same power as the Dyson (I feel) at half the price. Dries quickly and I have long hair, not thick but lots of it. So happy with my purchase. Just wish it came with a case but I ordered one on Amazon so problem solved

This is a very versatile hair system. One single handle and it can do it all from dry, curl, and style. The package has most of all the things you need to completely style your hair. Its nice and quiet and accomplishes the styling fast. Everything just interchanges with all the accessories very easily. The one negative is that if you use it in the wand format, it feels like holding a lightsaber while trying to style your hair. Sometimes it feels really awkward to hold the FlexStyle so far away from your head while trying to curl your hair. The speed that this thing dries and styles my hair outweighs the huge size with the attachments connected. It is a little bit disappointing that a storage case or pouch is not included with this system. There is a lot of attachments. This system effectively eliminates 4 other products in my bathroom so although an organizing pouch is not included, this saves a bunch of space by eliminating 4 tools. Overall, once you can get over the size of the wand with an attachment connected, it is a great system.

The air styling & drying system was easy to use after watching a quick YouTube video. The original instructions are a bit long and it's easier to see a quick demo. The system came with 5 different attachments. I mainly used the one for blow drying, the bigger brush for easy styling, and the "R" auto-wrap curler for bouncier curls. All the attachments seem to fit seamlessly. There definitely was some learning curve in using the auto-wrap curler. To be honest, I was pretty confused why there are 2 of them. I mainly used the one that curls outward (R) attachment. Overall, the system is easy to use, the auto-wrap curler is the one I am most excited to try to get the "salon-ready" look. Curls can be easily created after sectioning the hair and curl for about 10 seconds. The only problem (depending on your hair type) is that the curls do fall after 15 mins or so. I have tried different hairsprays and it seems to help the curls stay in for a bit longer. Overall, this is a good system to try comparing to the Dyson Airdrop for the price.

When looking for a multi purpose styler, the market is flooded with items that claim to do many things. Sharks Flexstyle not only claims to do them, they deliver on those claims. First unboxing this styler you are met with high quality parts and accessories. I was surprised by the lightweight handling of it as it’s big but not to big. Once all set up reading the instructions it stated hair needed to be slightly wet before using accessories. The attachments were very simple to slide on and unlock. They are labeled with R and L to ensure you use on correct side of head. The flex rotation portion for hair dryer aspect was simple to engage. The power that this blows out was really intense! I loved it as I have thick hair and it dried it very quickly. Styling was simple and curled easily. I loved how simple and easy the process was and I didn’t burn my head or forehead. The heat was contained in the add ons. If you are looking to expand to even more styling you can buy addons to take this to another level!

This thing is the bomb. I owned and sold my Dyson wrap and this by far is way better. No more fly aways and love the shiny hair. I’m 55yrs old and didn’t think it was possible since Dyson didn’t work for me. Glad I gave this a shot.

This product is very effective and easy to use, I would recommend this product to someone who doesn’t want to spend so much on the dyson. Save the money, this one works just as good

Super easy to use. Not as loud as a regular hair dryer but dries it quicker. Leaves hair feeling extremely soft. This review is from my wife and adult daughters.

Item is very good and styles hair in les than 25 minutes. Very easy to use and very light weight. It has 3 settings and I like that it adjusted very well.
