Great product but stopped working within 2 years. Luckily it was 2 months before the 2 year so hopefully it will be taken care of

I love this tool. In five minutes i can go from my hair looking like a muppet which has been incorrectly stored for years to looking like I've had a professional blowout. Seriously.

Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it! Her curls were still there the next morning but more wave to it and not brittle/dry ends. Worth it than the other high cost brand.

Works great! It takes a few uses to get used to it but once you get the hang of it its awesome. I have hair past my shoulders and i can do it in 30 minutes right out of the shower.

I've been using the old fashioned type of hairdryer since forever and I thought it was time for an upgrade. I really like all the other shark products in my home, so I jumped on this Flexstyle. The first thing I noticed was how much less bulky this is. I love the swivel feature for better reach and different angles. It takes up so much less space for storing it and it would also be easier to travel with. I guess I would say it's quieter than a traditional hairdryer but it does operate at a higher pitch, more jet like. I like that it has a more focused stream of air and what this produces on high is quite impressive. It has 3 speeds and 3 heat settings with a cool button. Setting 2 on both seems to be my sweet spot.(be careful as is does get very hot) The diffuser brush will see the most use from me but the "curlers" are great for volume. With the blowing air wrap technology you won't get tight curls but big waves, great if you have straighter hair. The Flex styler seems to dry my hair faster, maybe due to the more focused air flow. And even the cord is nice. Good length and that more rubbery material so it doesn't get in the way as much. If your looking to upgrade your hairdryer, definitely give the shark a shot.

Was looking forward to using this product. I found the design flawed as it is easy to put your hand over the air intake - which isn’t good. It is also awkward to handle. It does dry hair quickly, with lots of static electricity left behind. Basically a very expensive dryer. Returned.

Bought it for my wife Christmas gift. Hasn’t had a single complaint of it not doing what it’s supposed to do. She recommends it for the price and included attachments.

My wife loves hers! she had originally looked at the dyson air wrap but after watching some tik toks and realizing that they do the same things it was an easy purchase!

It's ok. Kind of bothersome to change the barrels, but at least they were marked Left and Right. The positioning of the cooling button made it hard to use it with just one hand.

Bulky and doesn't spin, so its hard on my wrist. There are cheaper alternatives.

It works well, drying my hair very quickly. The brushes are the only thing I don’t like. I have long hair and the brushes get stuck in my hair. They are to harsh and I was afraid I would have to cut one of them out.

The tool was faulty from the start. The comb attachment repeatedly detached while in use, and the device ultimately caused my electrical socket to blow out. Best Buy’s 14-day return policy is unreasonable, and they offered no meaningful assistance. Shark’s customer service has also been unhelpful throughout this process. Overall, this has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made.

I have long, thick, and curly hair. Getting a brush to relax my curls and comb my hair is not easy. This has made my drying time much faster. Loving it!

I lile the dryer and volume tool … but it is not user friendly i havent been able to curl my hair it is very frustrating to pay so much for basically a drier brush that you can get for $40. I wanted to return but it was too late

Got it for a gift for my wife! Not thrilled about spending this much on hair tools, but my wife assures me it's worth it! She "watched the videos"

This is better than the dyson in my opinion in every aspect. It styles beautifully and is all in one.

The quality could’ve been better. Sturdier, for example, when you pull on the hair when you’re wrapping it, the brushes come off if you have too much tension which is the point when straightening your hair. I’d say if you have thin and not too much thickness it will work for you. But if you have a lot of hair and if you try to dry it straight the actual piece pops right off. The only good thing is that it does dry the pieces fairly quickly if you do itty bitty sections. Not what you’d expect for $300

I have curly long hair that I blow out straight. I have a dyson and bought a rapid style gloss.I was so impressed with the rapid style I bought the flex . Honestly I gave up after 10 mins, When the first section of my hair STILL was not dry. I dried with the rapid style and went back to use the curling barrel . Also just meh. Bc my hair is mid back length I didnt expect a full curl but I could only get a good bend never a curl. Its going right back. My only complaint about the rapid style is that the plug is cheap - a product like this needs an anchor prong .

Died after 3 months of regular use. Before that it worked wonderfully, but for it to die so quickly was a huge waste of money…
