Maybe this is the best tool ever made, unfortunately I will have to wait for the unit I purchased from Shark. I ordered from Best Buy for my wife. It arrived fairly quick, she opened the mailer and immediately said something was wrong. The box was torn as if it had been previously wrapped as a gift, and was scotch taped shut. She proceeded to open the box to find it was stuffed in there, missing information cards and best of all, had someone else’s hair wrapped all in the rollers. I contacted Best Buy and was told they are out of stock, sorry, and I can return for a refund. I completely lost trust in Best Buy after this, do not feel as if anyone cares that they sent me a used item when I paid for a brand new product, not to mention how unhygienic it is to send someone a box of someone stranger’s hair. Disgusted doesn’t come close to describing how I feel about the entire situation.

didn’t like it ended up returning and going for the Dyson air wrap

I tried this item for 2 weeks and actually returned it. My hair was not curling with the curler. I liked the brush attachment but did not feel that the price of this item warranted the one attachment.

My daughter loves this item she received as a gift for Christmas! And, very popular on social media sites too.

I bought this item as it reflected the similarities as a Dyson and half the price. Unfortunately, less than 6 months the air wrap stopping working. A red light reflected showing as if the dryer was over heating. After unplugging and replugging back in, the problem seems to be fixed but after a few wraps the dryer stopped working again. I’m a total tech customer and currently waiting at Best Buy to see how they can resolve this issue for me.

This is a quiet blow dryer which I enjoy. The styling tools don’t work well with short fine hair. I’m hoping it’s going to last a long time because it’s very pricey!

Easy to use and makes a great gift an affordable substitute for the Dyson air wrap and works almost as good!

I’m always on the go and the shark gives me a nice blow out at the fraction of the cost and time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was hard for me to use, wanted to.like it so bad, couldn't ceeate a curl. BEAUTIFUL THOUGH

Broke after a year. Shuts off on its own every 15 seconds.

Wife didn't like it. Seemed a bit complicated to use but what do I know. She prefers the dyson one but holy hell is that one way more pricy.

If you have thick, course hair I wouldn’t recommend this! It’s a little weak in using the attachments with thick hair. Would work great with thinner hair though!

Amazing product at half the price of Dyson. Best Buy warranties this product for 2 years within store.

Great product! Leaves my hair feeling great. Does take some time to get the hang of it and how to move it to get the look you want, But even then I live it . Love that it has the different attachments, but hate that you have to switch the attachments to curl different directions. With that said attachments aren’t hard to switch, it’s just gets hot from the heat. Highly recommend if looking at a Dyson with out the price tag.

Wow!! Amazing product from shark. I gave it to my mom for Christmas and she really enjoyed it.

While this product does do multiple things such as blow dry, straighten, and curl at a much lower temp than say a straightener.. it does not do a good enough job at it. The curls in our hear may have been too much of a task for this device as the curls would lose it's curl-ness about 30 min after being worked on. Perhaps it'd work on other people's hair but ours seemed to be too thick and long!

Mixed review. Product worked as described and better than the Dyson version. However, broke and stopped working within 6 months. Hopefully, a fluke and representative of the Shark product. Dealing with Shark now to try to get a replacement under warranty.

I dont use it everyday, but after 1 year since i bought it, it stops while im using it!! Im disappointed,

My only regret is not purchasing this sooner. What a difference it makes in drying hair.
