i truly love this item. it does exactly what i expected it to do for my hair. i would highly recommend it to my fellow family and friends.

My hair has a really hard time holding a curl and this is definitely something that takes some time to learn how to use and how to make it hold properly. The hair dryer attachment and the straightener are amazing! My hair ends up looking so shiny and smooth. I do highly recommend this if you are willing to take the time to learn how.

This makes a perfect gift for the wife/gf. The instructions may be a little confusing at first, but you get the hang of it, it delivers amazing results. The best part about it is, it uses strictly air so that it reduces hair damage caused by direct heat.

Awesome product!! Flex Fusion used to be my favorite, but I returned because of a damage, but this Shark Glam is way better, complete and powerful.

I love the blow drying attachment it got my hair pretty soft smooth and straight with out even using the straightener, not a huge fan of the curling part but maybe I just need more practice

Customer service was on point. Went to our local store and unfortunately there were no more in stock. Customer service asked if we would like him to call another store, we said sure. They were able to locate the item in stock at a nearby store. Customer service helped us order and pay for the item, we drove to the other location and picked up the item without issue.

Bought as a gift after hearing about reliability issues with the Dyson product. She is very happy! One drawback: no case to put all the tools in - pretty disappointing at this price.
