I brought this to upgrade my 750RV,first off this is the best sharp you can buy under $250.00.They re-did the 2 side brushes and you now have 3 mini brushes on either side that is very good,it's also wider in size than the older models and a bit lower to the ground.also,updated AI makes this model better at not getting stuck(had this for 2 weeks and it has not gotten stuck yet!) it also quieter than the older models :) now! the 1 bad thing...the WIFI is still a pain to use.I am so disappointed that sharp has not solved this problem yet! I used the sharp app that found this and my older model,goto my alexa app and i cannot find both vacs,so i used the sharp app to start the vacs and now...it cannot find both of my vacs! this is soooo upsetting! however,it does the job very well on floors.

Even without the mapping tech, our Ultron is awesome.

The shark robot vacuum stopped working about a year after purchase. Didn't realize it was still within the warranty at the time. Shark Vacuum says it was full when it has been completely emptied. We purchased a roomba in 2019 and it out lasted this shark robot vacuum that was purchased for xmas in 2022. The height was nice could go under furniture. This one an impulse buy. Should of done my research instead of getting tempted by the sale price.

I didn't like this machine at all. Never had a chance to use it. It wouldn't connect to wifi. I spent 3 days trying. Even with geek squad and sharks teams trying, it still wouldn't connect.

I thought this newer model would be 'smarter' than the one I have had for years. Basically, it is lazy. Doesn't do much work (still 2 bars left) before returning to recharge. Crashes into things even after 'learning' the room. So it's more a babysitting job than I want. Also, it backs into the charger so needs to be removed to empty the debris bin. Too bad I tossed the packaging or it would go back.

We were happy with this vacuum initially but now it doesn't clean like it did when we first purchased. Got it for a good price, so I thought I'd give it a try...wish I would have just spent up.

Would not connect to wifi. we had a tech come to the house and he couldn't get it connected either

Love it! I use it daily on my hardwood floors, I dont use it on the csrpet just to reserve its lifespan. Keeps having 2 dogs easier with minimizing fur

Great prrice to get started in the robot vacuum world. Smaller waste canister, but longer battery. Like the lower profile to fit under things.

Not very good product. Reasonably priced but performance was awful. Would have given 1 star but best buy app wont allow it so it prefers only positive comments

Haven't used it a lot yet, but so far no complaints. Going to take it down to my apartment where I intend on using it a lot, and I'll update the review if anything changes

Amazing, cleans up like it needs to. sometimes have to go back in with a broom to get the corners but that’s not bad

Don’t waste your money with this model, it won’t connect with your home WiFi with or without shark support, I’m still trying to get mine to connect and with my work schedule it’s a pain to get of shark technical support which unfortunately for me went past the returnable date for this product and now I’m stuck with it
