Bought this mop to replace my old one that stopped working. Works great on my floors but Shark steam mops don't last at all. Make sure to buy warranty.

This is a great mop! Love the fact that the steamer comes off and I can use it on my furniture.

I owned a less expensive model prior, and it did the job. This steam mop not only has a good sized reservoir for the water, the pad size allows you to clean more area more quickly. There is no pumping of the handle, just fill, plug it in and start mopping. Simply put...WOW!

THis is the 4 Shark that I have bought and I love it. Works great wouldn't use any other brand.

The mop itself works well but could use improvement. The amount of steam power could use more help. The water tank also could be larger. It does it job in between cleanings.

Works well and doesn't get the floor too wet. The water tank is just the right size for those quick clean ups between regular cleaning. The extra attachments work well for a variety of jobs.

Works great and very easy to use! Was so happy to trash my mop! Using purified waters a bit of a pain but heack if it keeps it clean so be it.

Easy to use and does a an excellent job. water is heated very quickly for easy use.

I love the Shark Steam cleaner. I love that it came with all of the attachments and is definitely worth the money. I like that I don't have to use cleaners to sanitize.

Works well for those that have (my case) big dogs. Slobber steams off easy! I just would of liked a larger tank to hold the water. Over all would recommend to family and friends.

This is a great purchase. I have a Swiffer as well, but I prefer this one

My wife likes the steam mop but wishes it came with an extra pad and would like the power cord to be longer. We replaced an older Shark steam mop that had both.

This steamer works great on the tile in our house. I would recommend it.

I have used this a few times now on our kitchen floor, with a good result. Also cleaned off some dirty spots on the fridge and cabinets. It's quite handy.
