I have used this a few times now on our kitchen floor, with a good result. Also cleaned off some dirty spots on the fridge and cabinets. It's quite handy.

Works as intended. Great for cleaning hard wood or other smooth surfaces but has a hard time cleaning tile. Also works well for steaming garners.

Great for small messes and for weekly cleaning. I prefer using steam instead of harsh chemicals that remain on the floor. The animals and I walk around barefoot quite often and don't like to absorb chemicals through skin and paw pads. I would love to use this in the master bath, but the head is too big to get between the shower and the toilet. The rectangular design and large nap mop head cover makes it difficult to get into corners, so I'll probably have to dig out my Swiffer mop with the triangular head and paper cleaning mat to clean the master bath floor.

it heats up pretty good to steam mop your floors. Worth every penny .

I read about this product on a blog about cleaning travertine floors. I was dubious, but went to buy it. It really has done a great job on my floors that are travertine. Clean and no smearing.

Once we got a good working unit we were satisfied with the performance. Cleaned ceramic tile floor and kitchen cabinets very well. Glad to have it.

Love it. Cleans the floors with ease. I haven't used the handheld portion yet but it looks and feels very sturdy and expect it to function a well as the upright portion.

I actually do not mind cleaning the floors anymore! It use to be a real chore withe old shark floor steamer, cause I had to pump the handle to get the steam!

I love this steam mop. Works great on wood floor! The only thing I don't like is the way you fill it up. U have to lay the mop flat on one side to fill it up and it tends to overflow because there's no way of judging how full it is.

I really like the steamer. Has lots of attachments, easy to use, the water boils fast. I wish the extra cleaning pads weren't so expensive for just a rag. I like that it comes off and you can steam anything with it.

Easy to assemble and a versatile mop. Have used this in a master bathroom for cleaning tile floors and sanitizing bathroom counter tops. Provides a good amount of steam and heats up pretty quickly so you don't have to wait long for the pressurized steam. The force of the steam seems to vary (particularly with the handheld attachments) while in use which is probably natural since you are releasing steam while using it. I have had this less than 3 months and used it once so I am still getting used to it. Overall a good product and satisfied with my purchase.

The shark steam mop works great, cleans very well and the pads are machine washable, so Just throw them in the washer after use. I use it 2-3 times a week and my floors look great.

Cleans really well, doesn't leave a lot of.moisture behind. Was surprised how much dirt is still there after sweeping. We use it everyday.

The steam mop does a good job shinning the floors but not a great job cleaning them if they are dirty. There is a scrubbing mode but I feel like all the modes do the same amount of work.

This appliance is excellent if you have wood and tile floors.

good price for quality product. Purchase for wife at Best Buy and surprisingly price was $10-$15 cheap here than several major competitors.
