Great for cleaning tile floors. I just had til e that looks like hardwood installed. The shark is perfect for cleaning these.

This steam mop works just as I thought it would. It makes the kitchen and bathroom floors so much cleaner and brighter and make the house smell clean too. I should use it more often :)

I would like more cord so I didn't have to keep stopping and moving from plug to plug. Also, my box had been delivered damaged with missing parts but Shark replaced them and everything is ok now. Best Buy also said they would have taken the item back and replaced it if I hadn't already called Shark for the missing parts. Either way, it's nice to know they would both stand behind the product.

This was my first Shark product purchase, it was recommended to my by a friend, and I love it. I use it for my floors and the bathroom shower.

This is my first steam mop and I am very pleased with how it cleans my tile floors. It was easy to assemble and it's a usable size for me. I highly recommend it.

This great for tile and wood floors. I also used to to clean sliding glass doors. One down fall is the cord could be longer.

I was super impressed with the shark cleaner. It is very versatile, I cleaned my hardwood floors, rug and my sofa. To my surprise there was very little moisture and the rug and sofa were dry in no time at all.

by far one of the best options to clean and wipe the floor without needing any chemical product and just water and steam , leaves the fragance and floors so clean , I adore it
