We like the efficiency and the versatility of the item. Great idea to have the tool become handheld for cleaning walls or baseboards.

It's good for a quick floor clean - if the floor isn't already too dirty. It will leave streaks if it is. I like that it gets steamy hot, but would like to see it used best w/tap water. I'd also like to have a sort of detergent to go with it for better cleaning.

I Love it easy to use and I have a 9 month old baby that started to crawl it keeps my floor clean.

I like that the steamer comes off to steam anything I want. Has lots of attachments. Wish the replacement mop cloth was cheaper.

This is a very versatile steam cleaner. It does a great job on wood and linoleum floors, plus it has a detachable steam unit.

Only tried it once to date, but it cleaned my kitchen tile floor very easily.
