Good for wooden floors and tile floors . Cleans very good.

Its great as long as you know how to use it . And rinse the cloth right after each use , I wash them constantly for Better results, the first few weeks I was using it a lot and trying it everywhere. It has my approval of good house keeper helper .

The Lift Away Professional Steam Pocket Mop works good and seems to clean well, but it leaves streaks on hardwood floors. Works well on tile.

This cleans tile floors and showers very well. However, listen to the manufacturer and used distiller water, otherwise it will eventually clog up with minerals and no longer work.

This product heats up fast and steams my floor to sanitize my wood floors. My floors looked shiny after and I felt at ease knowing that my floors were sanitized. Also comes with a handheld attachment to deep clean fabric like my sofa.

this is a nice product, it doesn't clean like i had hoped it would, but i am sure with repeated use it will get the job done. I have a de- humidifier that i use the water from to fuel this steamer

Replaced old steam floor cleaner & like new cleaning options on newer model. Haven't tried attachments yet. Very pleased with purchase so far

It works, doesn't feel durable or for industrial use. Cleans toilet area without having to scrub.

This is aa great stwater. Perfect for mopping, cleaning kitchen appliances, and I especially love that it can detach and turn into a hand-held steamer for streaming clothes....its completely replaced my iron. Definitely a great product!

Having 2 dogs and a cat, my kitchen floors stay dirty. First time using the mop, I saw the dirt just lift up off the surface. I used the hand held on my tile surround in my bathroom, amazing. I enjoy the quick heat up, super easy to operate.

It doesn't do hardly any cleaning, but it does steam hot and well, so I am sure it sanitizes. I spoke to the sales person for a long time about it and was excited, but felt it didn't do all she said as far as the actual cleaning go. I also told her exactly what my floors were and she said its great for bamboo, the instructions said it was fine to us on low on the bamboo; but the flooring guy freaked out and said it would ruin. The bamboo, that it's fine for other wood floors. So, basically, it was a waste.

The steam feature is great and can really clean well, however, the mops pads get dirty quickly, so you just end up smearing dirt all over the floor unless you frequently change the pad. At least the pad is washable, but its coverage isn't the greatest, it only cleans about 150 to 200 square feet before spreading dirt. So you'll probably want to buy more pads if you need to clean more than 200 square feet of flooring.

This steamer replaced my old shark steamer. This one is so much nicer. I really like the larger 2 sided cleaning pad and the portable steamer.
