From my family, I've always heard great things about Shark products. This is actually the 2nd product I've purchased from the Shark line. And I think it's truly amazing. Great steam mop! I would recommend it to others

I love the mop and use it all the time, but my favorite feature is the clothing steamer! I don't know how I've lived most of my life without one of these things but since I tried it, I've been hooked

My son was thrilled with the purchase. He has not used all the features which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

I have only used it once so far but when I did use it, I really liked it. I used the direct steam and it worked great.

I'm very pleased with the steamer for the above reasons. I would highly recommend it.

I've bought mAny steamers and returned all of them. They just don't have enough steam, not with this one. You'll will be happy with the amount of steam

Good little steam machine, does the job for which you are using it for. Other than that, havent used it alot to comment more.

Takes more effort than you might think and doesn't really make things "sparkle", but does a good job cleaning.

I love that i can just add water and don't have to waste money on other products to clean my tile floors

This product was good but not as good as the newer model were you don't have to get your hands dirty.

This product came with no instructions. When I did figure out how to put it together , it did not work to my expectations. It took too long to clean a small area.I then did not even feel area was clean . Also, when I wanted to return it Best Buy said I missed the Christmas deadline to return it. It was not a Christmas gift. Not satisfied with Best Buy's return policy as well.

What's so great about this product is that I got it free! It melts away all the nasty stuff on my kitchen counters as well as the mildew that builds up in the bath tub.

The shark is as real as it gets. I be steaming floors like no ones business. Heats up in less than a minute, and kills thems germs.

It works well on our tile and other hard surfaces. Much better than a mop that you have to wring out.

This is just an awesome natural way to clean...safe and effective...Be I got a GREAT BUY from BEST BUY is a BONUS, and i am PLEASED with this purchase!!

Over all I'm happy with the shark steam mop I can't complain.

Got this for a good price. Only quibble would be the cost of extra mop heads.

It Is By Far On Of The Best Cleaning Products I've Ever Bought

Wish I had my old one back. The mop cloth that is included I think is too course and does not asorbe well enough. It has nice features but lacks in cleaning power.
