We owned the first earlier version of the shark. We used that heavily over the years. This newer model is much better.

Adding and emptying the water is a bit cumbersome but not enough to not buy.

Nice and light weight, durable and does a great job compared to other steam mops.

Works great to steam clean floors, steam/dewrinkle curtains, and many others!!

The steam is great, but work better with a chemical

Very disappointed, we purchased this due to owning other Shark products. Leaves tile cloudy and streaked. Returning it, will shop for a different brand. Doesn't seem to produce enough steam to really clean well.

Cleans Hardwood but leaves hardwood dull afterward.

Nice addition to my cleaning supplies. great for touch-ups and cleaning grout.

The mop gets pretty dirty quickly and since it only brings one mop cover its a little frustrating having to wash and then having to keep mopping again to make sure the floor is really clean. also the cable is pretty annoying but for what its worth it gets the job done.

it is working well only the down side is it won't stay up stable.

I bought this Steam Mop thinking I could use it for the tiles in my house and for the upholstery...unfortunately when I got home and tried it the steam would not come out and I followed every single step in the instructions.

Bought as a housewarming gift. Works great on hardwood and tile. Live the fact that the steamer is detachable. My mom loves it!

Did not like. The product did not work the way it was intended

I wish there was an easier way to use it as a hand held device.

I love the steam cleaning that this product offers without using any chemicals for hard floors and carpets.

I love the look of it but it would be better if it was hotter. I would also like it better if the attachments had the steam come out faster and without sputtering. I would also prefer something that can get into the corners better.
