It would be better if you could use chemicals but you cant

No more mops and pails!! No using harsh cleaners!!

Great product with many uses. Saves money by not using chemicals or cleaning agents.

When I first found out about the Shark I wanted it because Im over the top OCD. After getting it I noticed it would leave light white streaks on the colored tile. Made me crazy as if the floor wasnt clean. I do like the fact that it has a low noise and that all you need is water! Another thing that drove me crazy was I would have to keep going over the same spot just so it could come up.

This steamer is by far the easiest and most powerful steamer i have ever owned.

Mop works great and the detachable steam unit is great for countertops.
