Purchased this steam mop to replace an old one that fid not work well at all. We're so glad we did!

I was really hoping this would work on carpet and furniture fabric and it is not any good for this at all. Only good for cleaning floors.

Excellent product. I gave it 3 stars because of Best Buy's 14 day return policy and Sales Associate's lack of knowledge of the product.

It swivels very well and dries quickly; but, I am disappointed that it doesn't scrub hard enough to get all of the spots off of the floor.

One of the main reasons I bought this model was to get the carpet glider attachment. I went through 3 of these, and none of them had it included. In addition, when you disconnect it so it's handheld, it does not work very well at all. Although that issue could have been just that particular mop. I returned this and got a different model which I like better.

Not a good purchase. We bought this to clean our hardwood floors, after years of mop and bucket cleaning which worked fine, but was getting tedious. To we thought technology to the rescue. Er, not this technology. While the steam may be generated, all that seemed to happen was the dirt, grime, etc, just got spread around, leaving the floor still all smeared and no looking clean. Tried it a couple of times and took it back - bought a Hoover Spinbrush hardwood cleaner that leaves the floor bright and perfectly clean.

This unit is a glorified mop! First, it only holds enough water to do one small room & then you have to refill. Cleaner is difficult to stand up - it keeps falling over when leaned against wall. It seems that the application of steam isn't continuous, so I get streaks on my floor. I guess it would be good on tile, but I don't like it for wood.

This items really does not work that good has a lot of flaws and is impossible to clean!

Its not working for my tile so I didn't like it. It's just use less.

It only works about 10 minutes due to the really small tank

Takes a long time for the unit to "warm-up" Sometimes several minutes. Once it's warmed-up it functions decently. I actually liked the older one better.

I had a cheaper version of this from target and worked wonderful for last three years. It still works but the handle broke off so this time, I decided to invest more to get a better quality. Well turns out, I paid more money for a less quality item and it is soooo heavy!!! I hate mopping now and that it is so much heavier than the previous one. Just get a cheaper one and not this.

I would buy another one of these in a heart-beat. However I do not use it in a business but for a small living area it does great.

We have normal kitchen linoleum. Its the high traffic area of the house. My wife is tired of cleaning it on her hands and knees. So I bought her the shark. Within the first 15 min she realized its doesn't work on tough jobs!!!!!!

I'm not 100% thrilled by the purchased. I expected maximum steam covering the length and width of the mop head. You have to continue to cover area 6-7 time to clean a small area. Which mean it takes about an hour to clean a small bathroom.

I am sire this is a great product but it arrived twice as open item and missing some parts. I ended up buying the 2 in 1 green and white and it woks wonderfully.

I have stained concrete floors, and the floor looked dull after cleaning. I can get them cleaner with a regular mop, hot water and dawn!
