Different attachments and steam levels are very nice, extra pads also included, overall it has been great so far

In my opinion this is somewhat of a gimmick. It does fairly well on tile and hardwood floors but for me that is where it ends. The attachments are kind of pointless. It takes time attaching everything and the steam doesn't seem to get very warm until you are pulling the trigger for some time. By then you are almost out of water or your hand is cramping up. The one attachment for blowing steam on surfaces barely works. I wasn't even sure steam was coming out until I put my hand somewhat in front of it and did feel the steam but it wasn't powerful by any means. I suppose if it was, there would be a lot of burn injuries. The other attachments for scrubbing counters and other surfaces works better but seriously in the time it takes to get everything together you would have cleaned the surface already by hand. I did clean my tub and it was more of hassle than it was worth. Honestly if my husband hadn't tossed the box I would return it. I don't see the worth of it for the price. I will use it mainly as a mop in my kitchen and family room. Maybe when we install hardwoods in the rest of the house it will get more use. So in my opinion if you have a lot of tile and/or hardwood it would be ideal but spend less and just get the mop and don't bother with the attachments.

Just cleaned my shower, have not seen it that clean in years! Then I just had to try out the garment steamer , so I got one of my husbands heavy cotton t-shirts to test on. I could not believe how fast the wrinkles fell. Plan on using on my floor tomorrow. I left my rating at Good only because I do not like having to keep attachments in the box.

I purchased this steam mop for myself for Christmas 2 yrs ago. The motor kept shutting off for no reason. I called Shark customer service and walked thru the trouble shooting steps to no avail. My only option was to purchase another one at half price and pay its shipping to get it here (which I didn't think was right but did it anyway). When I got the second one, it did fine for a couple weeks then stopped steaming. I'd only used distilled water as was recommended. I went thru the trouble shooting steps again to no avail. Called cs and was given the same option to purchase another at half price and pay shipping. I opted not to so I'm just out the full price I paid for the first one and half price I paid for the second. Very frustrating. I'm going to try a different brand now.

This item is ok but cleaning is not as easy as expected.

We've only used it twice and are generally happy with it. No problems, but it could be more effective getting certain marks off the hardwoods.

It wasnt exactly what I was hoping for, but for the price it does the job.

Used it one time so far so good. Just want to see if it will last. Went through two different branded steamers and broke after several uses.

Excellent steam mop. Bought in 2016 still working as new.

Bought it for the wife even tho I wanted to start setting up my smart house but she loves it

I am a shark product fan. This works great. I love that it has many uses. And the price is good.

problem unhooking water fluid container. - cloth does not really fit, is too tight and cannot be fastened - steamer does not steam. What a waste of money and a waste of time.. The smaller steamer bought previously worked fine. Have problems handling this equipment, it is awkwardly put together. Typical engineering mess. Next time consult a housewife.
