Seems to do a good job with cleaning and sanitizing flooring in kitchen & bath. I like the removable water vessel..it makes it easier to fill and use other attachments.

Easy to set up, very light weight and good price. Great for hard wood floors.

I am pleased so far with the mop, but have not used very much. Just bought it.

The white and silver looks the best of these. I enjoy the multiple functions.

I love my Shark! It works great. I was shocked to see how much dirt came off the floor the first time I used it. I also love that it comes with lots of additional attachments and can be used for things like countertops or clothes.

Could have gotten a cheaper one, same brand, at other stores.

Great for disinfecting tile floors, not so much in cleaning the rubber floor mats in a daycare center . Does not scrub very well, but the high steam heat kills off the germs ! Nice long pole so your not on your knees trying to work the floors like those red hand held scunci steamers,

I have lots of pits in the grout between my tiles. My kitchen , dining room and long entryway hall are all tile, along with both my bathrooms. I am very pleased with this machine, I purchased a handheld Shark a few years ago and used that for tile countertops. The machine does a very good job and saves my knees.

I love because clean very good and dry fast I don't have to used map no more.

Time will tell whether this is easier than normal mopping

We bought this during the BF sale week since we have newly installed tile floors. This thing works great! No matter how much we wipe off our German Shepherd's feet after being outside, she always leaves some paw prints on the tile. This makes short work of them and helps us keep the floors looking like new.

I have tried 2 other steamer/cleaners on our tile floor. While the others had to have a cleaner additive added, the shark just uses plain water and out performs the other two. It does the proper job.

I had purchased a Shark sweeper several years ago which didn't work for me; so, was a little hesitant in this purchase. My faith was restored with this product. I was surprised how much more dirt was collected with the steam mop. I wanted to test it and vacuumed AND pre mopped before using the product. The steam mop picked up even more dirt than I expected. The only small "complaint" I have is that the water container is not able to be detached from the electrical cord. It would be much more convenient to add water without having to hold the cord, as well. Very happy overall with the product.

My mom loves it.. LOL Better than her previous Shark product.
