This Shark is great

Good steam mop

Also, my box had been delivered damaged with missing parts but Shark replaced them and everything is ok now. Best Buy also said they would have taken the item back and replaced it if I hadn't already called Shark for the missing parts. Either way, it's nice to know they would both stand behind the product.

best floor and upholstry cleaner ever

It is very versatile, I cleaned my hardwood floors, rug and my sofa. To my surprise there was very little moisture and the rug and sofa were dry in no time at all.
