we sincerely use the shark and the kids use it often. we use it on a bi weekly basis, we have cement flooring and it works great.

Easy to fill, like the detachable unit. Made it easy to clean bath and floor. Had 3 different products to do the jobs before.

I always use the highest steam setting. The others are not hot enough or steam enough

I thought this was a good product because it has a option to detach and become a handheld but I tried looking for extra pads and it is impossible to find them

The Shark Lift away Steam Mop is everything it claims to be! We have very hard water and I used it to clean our glass shower door - it sparkles!

It does the job but not as strong as I expected. Water reservoir can be bigger and only uses distilled water.

I love my mop my floors feel so clean when I am done mopping. Only hard tile for so I use the hottest setting. Used on my counter tops as well.

This works well for cleaning wood floors, I've read that steam is not good for wood floors, but this dries pretty quick.

I think this product performs to all of my expectations. In fact it works so well I purchased a second one. I have had the Bissel floor cleaner which worked well but I like the Shark better.

I bought this Steam Mop as a Christmas present for my Granddaughter, and she loves it. Works great on her hard wood floors, and the handheld steamer, was an added bonus.

Good steam mop. It does what it's supposed to do. Cleans floors well. Good deal for the price.

This machine works really well, is light weight and easy to use. I would highly recommend for any hard surface cleaning as well as casual fabric steaming needs.

This was the first steam mop I have ever purchased. I had seen demos at home shows before, but not of this specific one. It cleans hardwood floors well enough with streak free drying, but don't think it could handle much more than a dusty floor, much like a mop. It still requires a "hard, scrubbing" action by an individual as steam will not lift troubled stains alone. Cleans bathroom tile floor well enough too, although I would question if it's doing any disinfecting though. Overall, I like the streak free floors.
