I was looking at this at different stores and was happy to find it on today only deals. Price was excellent!

I did my research for over a year on steam mops that have additional features. I LOVE the fact that it doesn't require chemicals at all as I'm an organic gardener and try to practice that in my daily life as well. It does everything I want it to do from hard floors to carpets ~ if I use "Green Bleach" , hydrogen peroxide sprayed on the carpet, it gets them really clean with the hot steam.

I love this because it works great and it does so many other things as well with the attachments! Great buy!

Have laminate floors throughout home the mop does excellent

This steam cleaner does a great job on tile floors. Removes difficult stains while sanitizing grout joints.

I had to use it three times on my kitchen floor. and I feel it's still unclean. I noted the directions' recommendation to purchase their brand spray cleaner to break down the "chemicals" that supposedly are on my floor, and I am hoping this will help. Also, the mop head is too wobbly and difficult to use when mopping in one direction!

Out older model shark finally bit the dust so we upgraded to this one. Loved the old one, but love the new one more!

This device is ok overall. I haven't tried it as a steamer steamer, only as a mopping tool. I was really looking for something that wouldn't leave streaks on my high gloss tile, but it still did. I' m sure it's a great disinfecting tool. I did notice it does it gets really hot for the steaming which was a good thing.

got this clean hardwood floors. does the job. not for fast use. have to take my time to make sure the floors get cleaned. like that it can be used for cleaning counters, tables, probably even clothes with the steam. would like if maybe it could use some chemical to give the floors some shine. overall it does what i expected it to do.

I am not overly impressed with the steamer. It works to clean the floors and I like the fact that there is a detachable portable portion for steaming things like my mattress or even cleaning my white walls.

Lightweight and easy to use. Picks up so much stuff, the pad gets dirty too quickly

The Steam Pocket mop was easy to assemble and set up. Mop pad is easy to remove and can be washed in the the washer. Especially like the lift-away feature and use it to steam wrinkles out of dress clothes. Overall a solid product. I'd recommend it to friends.

I've owned three less expensive models in the past and each failed within a month. This unit has, however, performed flawlessly. It produces steam each and every time called upon to do so. A better model could not be purchased and I've looked. I have not found a better unit. It works on carpets, hardwood floors, ceramic tile and linoleum and the results are outstanding.

I have a bad back, so with this steam mop I do not have to use to much muscle.

Great for all around use in my home. Usable in every room, the power of cleaning is superior.

I have mixed reviews as of right now. I had one that worked perfectly great but wanted this because of being able to detach it and clean other items. I gave the other one away and I feel like the other one cleaned the floor better.

Cleaned kitchen tile floor, felt much nicer after first pass. Also had melted crayon on the floor that is almost completely gone now after a couple passes. It did take a while to get warmed up and steam coming out, but the manual did mention that it might take longer on first use.

Love the mop and the quality of job that it does! With that said, it's hard to fill up with water. I usually hold the entire mop across my sink and point the faucet directly into the water tank. Always makes a little mess.
