I thought it would do alot better job on my floor. So I returned it.

May get the dirt up but the floors are streaky & dull

I've had this steam mop for over a month now, and have been using it several times a week to steam my floors and steam my clothes for work. Not only is it super easy to use and do an amazing job of cleaning my floors, it has absolutely saved me money on not having to take in my skirts and tops for drycleaning every week. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this machine Soley cleaning the grout on tile. I am pleased with this product but not impressed. I live on the beach and my floors get pretty dirty with the salt air and dog. It does clean the tile floors fairly well and heats up fast. I only wish it cleaned the grout. For the price I guess I cannot complain. It's great for smooth surfaces but doesn't get between the groove grove line. Also it only comes with 1 mop. I purchased a package of mops (2) at Walmart for 17.95. Pretty expensive I thought.

This mop has been wonderful on my engineered hard wood floors. I use the cleaning side of the cloth to scrub away any dirt or marks and then mop side to dust and shine. It can run out of water fairly quickly if you put it at the highest steam setting, but that is to be expected. Easy to store, refill, clean with, and works wonderfully.

We bought this for our home with terracata tile. It worked great lifting the dirt. While not a huge pain, I wish the water reservoir was a bit large as well as the cord longer. other than that it works well. When looking for replacement pads, I have only found them with thicker side on both sides. be mindful that this one comes with a thicker side and a more smoother side that penetrates deeper in my opinion.

Originally purchased the professional steam mop, but I seen this one on sale at a cheaper price! Works great just like the other mop however I love the lift away. It's not only very easy to use, it works.

What a great purchase at a great price. I am enjoying using my shark mop; it is very easy to use and it does a great job cleaning my all floors and my shower walls. It so did an excellent job cleaning my patio door. I will always own a shark steam mop; its a great time saver. I recommend it to anyone who like to keep a clean home.

This product works great on hardwood floors and ceramic tiles. Saves a lot of time if you are in a hurry. I would recommend purchasing an extra pad.

I think this is a great mop overall. It cleans as advertised, my only complaint would be the need to include multiple cloth mop heads. Seems wet have to wash it everyone we use it but maybe that means my house is just filthy.

I got this to replace an old floor scrubber we had. It not only does as good or better a job than the floor scrubber but I do not need to use harsh chemicals to ensure the areas cleaned are sanitized. I had not realized the tank was detachable when buying the original unit so that it could be used as a hand held unit as well. My wife has found this to be amazing for cleaning counter tops, windows and pretty much anywhere in the bathroom. Worth looking into, especially if you want to reduce chemical use in your house like we did due to family members who could not tolerate the fumes/odors due to health concerns.

Ok , first i bought the H20 mop ( the green one) and i hated it , hard to use , several attatchments, cumbersome to use. SO , i returned for Shark , much better and so much more functional. It costs a little more and i do think it is overpriced buy works awesome , especially on the tub, toilet, sink and walls of shower. SO CLEAN!! Love the Shark dont waste time trying the H20 mop

I absolutely LOVE the Shark Steam Pocket Mop! Most of the flooring in my home is ceramic or wood, and I didn't feel vacuuming and mopping was cleaning as deeply as I wanted. I received proof the first time I used my Shark as the cleaning pads were absolutely filthy! The mop comes with two cleaning pads, but I ordered four additional pads so I can switch them out frequently. There are three settings so I use the light setting for wood and the heaviest setting for ceramic high-traffic areas. Buying this model with the hand-held steamer is well worth the extra cost. The steamer is very easy to handle. My floors now look as beautiful as the day they were installed, and I am confident they are hygienic.

I have tile and wood floors and liked that this has 3 different steam settings, the lowest being okay for wood floors. It produced the right amount of steam for the wood floors. That's about the best thing I can say for this. The design of the mop makes it impossible to get a deep clean on any surface. You can't exert any pressure on the mop head because of the handle placement. The mop head can only glide across the floor surface. There's no weight to it, which means it doesn't pick up the deep down surface dirt. The mop cover didn't have much dirt/grime on it after I mopped my kitchen, living room and family room. There was more of a dirt line at the front of the mop head, but not much on the rest of it. I got a Bissell Powerfresh mop one day after returning the Shark and re-mopped the same areas. The Bissell mop head was completely and heavily covered in dirt and grime.

Easy to use. Very good at cleaning tile floors. We live at the beach and the shark makes cleaning much easier.

great way to clean house for the price of money.many features in one equipment. not heavy, easy to carry around but should have came with a strap to put on your shoulder.

Held a candy thermometer on the nozzle where the "Steam" came out after three minutes the temperture stopped rising at ~145F hot enough to kill bacteria, but when I held the thermometer an inch from the nozzel the temperature dropped below 110F not hot enought to kill bacteria. I did not test the temp of the floor cleaning pads but I know from my previous test run the pad was barely warm to touch. I am worried the people will buy the product to sanitize their homes and will be deceived by the loud puffs of "steam" and think they are killing microbes.

This product is good to go. It cleans well and gives off a good abouunt of steam. It does leave streaks, but it gets the job done when you need something clean.

Love it, I didn't want a big huge unit for my all tile house. This works great, cleans great too. In my heaven I would have like 50 of the cloths for optimum use lol!

I bought this for the 2-in-1 aspect. Works perfectly!!!
