no more ironing cutains people!!!! hang em, steam em and done! this machine sanitizes my counter tops, makes my hardwood floors shine and i can travel with it to remove the wrinkles from my clothes!! like i said amazing!!!!! what was even better was i bought a display that was marked down and used a reward certificate.....got it for 50 bucks!!!! WOOOOO!!!!!! go me!! :D

I bought this to clean my tile floors. It does clean surface dirt but it doesn't do much on the grout. I used it on my oven and it didn't do much at all. I did, however, discover that it does a great job at steaming the wrinkles out of clothes.It has to be refilled often and must be kept in an upright position for optimal steam power. I feel that it is over priced for its mediocre cleaning power. This might be nice on hardwood floors.

We got this to replace our Hoover steamer cleaner under warranty. Was skeptical at first because the Hoover performed so well. After just one cleaning of our tile kitchen I was convinced this was the better product. It's almost instant-on feature let me get started and finished in no time. The attachments are really good for all applications. Besides the floor I have used this on my counter-tops in both the kitchen and bathroom and also my stove top. Looking forward to years of good service.

Had a basic version of the Shark previously. This new one is better with 3 different level and a removable handheld unit with several different attachmnets. For convienience they have steam come out both the top and bottom as when the pad gets dirty you can just flip it over. The downside is that it also goes through water twice as quickly with steam coming out both sides. Also was hoping to use the concentrated attachment on the handheld to clean grout, but really doesn't affect it much.

Really i searched a long time about a good mob when i got this shark lift away mob i found it better than what they said about it ..its really clean the hard floor which i have very well and the wood steers and the walls ...i recommended for every body

Product is easy to use and so far has cleaned tile and wood floors very well. Would recommend buying an extra pad.

This is more expensive than other steam mops, and doesn't clean all that much better, but this one allows regular water. You don't have to keep buying the cleanser that you need to for the cheaper mops.

I love all the extra parts that come with it. I also love how it has a two sided pad. My floors feel so clean when I finish steam mopping them. This is one of my best purchases for my floor and I'm glad I made this purchase.

It was priced well. It does a really good job on tile floors and on counter tops.

This tool has many options for use. I bought it to steam clean my oven door. The unit made steam but not enough to clean the oven door! I have used it as a clothing steamer and it does OK so I will use it for this. I have used it on the laminate kitchen floor and was NOT thrilled with the results. I bought it on sale, but it was not worth even that price.

I purchased this mop at best buy puyallup. I took it home and tried it out. I didn't have alot of steam and the steam kept going on and off.

I like my shark cleaner, it's light weight, easy to use and does a nice job.

I researched this product before buying and found it to be exactly as described. Very quick warm-up time from plug-in until the time you can start cleaning. I bought this to replace an older style that had simply worn out and this is a very nice upgrade. Highly recommend
