I wanted to give this a better rating because the idea of having a robot vacuum that also mops my floors is exciting. The concept is very good, but the product falls short with its execution. The vacuum and mop both do a fantastic job when it works. It’s the algorithm of the robot that falls short. The mapping does a descent job discovering the area to service, but the memory of where it encounters issues leaves a lot to be desired. Shark Ninja produces a nice and quiet machine compared the competition. The brush roller system and the self-emptying capabilities are second to none. The vacuum capabilities work much better than the mopping capabilities. The idea behind a multifunctional device is to make life easier. I found myself pulling the robot from a stuck position multiple times. While this can happen, it repeated the same position multiple times. I often had to manually relocate the robot to stop it from repeating the same attempts. In the end, it ran out of battery power before it completed the course. I ended up finishing up the mopping manually. Hopefully a software update will help with the learning capabilities.

Amazing vacuum! Easily maps the house and cleans very well!

I absolutely love this vacuum! I wash there was an option to just vacuum without having to take the mop plate off and on. It isn't super loud which is nice and it makes it so I don't have to worry about sweeping and mopping all of the time. (I have a dog and a cat so our floors get gnarly.)

These little vacuum robots keep getting better and better and the AI mapping is really impressive. I like how it explores your space first and then allows you to set rooms by their name and then block certain areas using the software. You can also hook it up to your home assistant of your choice and you can schedule automated routines. The self emptying canister is now the only way to go. Gone are the days where you had to empty the bin manually out of your robot every time (sometimes twice a session). Now the robot handles everything, and while these are ideally still for low carpet and hardwood floors, you can get decent results vacuuming a high pile rug as long as your expectations are kept in check. This unit can also mop which is more or less wetting your floor, and then using a washcloth to wipe it up. You’re not gonna get scrubbing, nor will you get the results of an actual mopping, but I can see how could maintain a clean floor that’s already been mopped and scrubbed. That’s where these robots really shine. Instead of thoroughly vacuuming your place once a week you run this vacuum once or twice a day and it maintains a clean floor.

The product is great, it does everything that it says it will and leaves the place really clean. When operating, it produces minimal noise.

Makes life easier, only issue is if you pick it up while vacuuming it will throw it off and takes a vit to relearn
