We’ve had to disconnect and remap it countless times. The app requires you to set dimensions and levels for each room, which is incredibly time-consuming—and unfortunately pointless. Even after spending all that time, the vacuum rarely goes where it’s supposed to. Instead, it aimlessly wanders the wrong areas and never quite reaches the designated rooms. Also, beware if you have a puppy or a senior dog prone to accidents. The vacuum has run over dog “you-know-what” multiple times, forcing us to take it apart and clean it far more often than we ever should have to.

stopped working in less than a year

Keeps my floors clean

I have a golden retriever and and seems to work really well with pet hair. As long as you keep the robot clean it’ll continue to work well.

It is a loud burst when docking and emptying, but my cat that's afraid of everything and severe noise aversion doesn't mind it. Bought another for upstairs!

I have a German shepherd who sheds like crazy. I would vacuum at least twice a day, which was exhausting. Now I have set a schedule for my shark robot named Buggi, to vacuum the entire house first thing in the morning after the dog goes out. I’m happier and my home looks amazing at all times!

We came home and it looked like a hired maid came and vacuumed our floor for us. I have used the spot clean featured and it was awesome.

I have never had a robot vacuum, but the only thing that bothers me is that I am constantly getting error measages saying the dust pan is not installed correctly. There is nothing wrong with the dust pan.
