This thing is super noisy kep. T on getting lost, getting stuck on the fanbase, his side brushes kept on getting tangled up eh in the wires. He's not what all it's cracked up to be. I'm not impressed. I've returned it. And got an I robot j seven plus much more quieter and much better cleaning job.I'm very disappointed in shark

Too tall

Unreliable and frustrating

It frequently thinks it's full when it's not, it won't start a cycle because it claims to need emptying when it's empty. It frequently disconnects from the wifi and then takes numerous troubleshooting steps to get it back online. Today we can't figure out why it won't reconnect to the wifi. We don't have these issues with any other wifi connected devices in our house and we are heavy tech users here.

Good vac but software needs fixed.

The vac gets itself stuck on a regular basis because it tries to force itself in areas, like under the kitchen chairs, where it simply doesn't fit. The software should know that when it meets that much resistance that it should back off.

Excellent Coverage and very quiet

Died After 6 Months, Shark Warranty Worthless

I called Shark and they said it was under warranty, but out of stock, and told me to go buy one from Amazon. A 2 year warranty is a joke if they admit their hardware failed and tell you to replace it yourself.

I think the technology is a little buggy still and could use a couoke improvements but she does a lot better than i expected! I love that i could name my robot and that i get notified when she gets stuck.

Don’t buy!

I’ve had it since mid March and a few weeks ago it just stopped working! It charges and turns on but it will not move or clean. It keeps throwing out an error- we have opened it, cleaned all the sensors. Nothing is stuck or dirty. Everything works as it should. I have deleted it off the app, reinstalled it, reconnected to wifi. Just won’t work. Money wasted unfortunately.
