Very mediocre! sometimes a dumb vacuum

In self clean mode, it passes by a piece of dirt 10 time clean all around the dirt but does not vacuum the specific dirt. A future smart vacuum should be able to detect dirt. A long way to go to be a smart vacuum. It's very loud when going back to the base.

Great dog hair vacuum

Shark Robot Vac

We run it every other day and I have noticed a huge decrease in our tumble weed hair balls that seem to come out of nowhere. Highly recommend if you have pets!

Since i purchased this its been a game changer.I havent had any issues with it since i bought it. I really do recommend it .It picks up everything really well.

Vacuum is good. Shark customer service is not grea

If you have any issues with a shark product and didn’t directly purchase it from Shark they basically give you no help. The battery on this just over a year old product is shot. Down to 70% capacity after about a year. We called and requested a new one. Despite the fact it was under one year old at the time we called we still had to pay for a new battery. Whatever we order the battery and about a month goes by and we get notified that the order was cancelled? No explanation as to why and no follow up on if we could still order it. Have had multiple shark/ninja products and been happy with them. But very disappointed with the customer service on this one.

Multi-floor mapping is not supported in the current version of the SharkClean app. However, you can place your robot on an unmapped floor of your home, and by hitting the clean button manually, it will begin a cleaning mission. Actually Good Vacuuming

I was really surprised to see that this actually does a pretty darn good job of vacuuming the small stuff off my carpet and kitchen floors.
