Multi-floor mapping is not supported in the current version of the SharkClean app. However, you can place your robot on an unmapped floor of your home, and by hitting the clean button manually, it will begin a cleaning mission. We absolutely love this vacuum!

We run it every other day and I have noticed a huge decrease in our tumble weed hair balls that seem to come out of nowhere. Highly recommend if you have pets!

Since i purchased this its been a game changer.I havent had any issues with it since i bought it. I really do recommend it .It picks up everything really well.

Actually Good Vacuuming

I was really surprised to see that this actually does a pretty darn good job of vacuuming the small stuff off my carpet and kitchen floors.

It does a good job, but I think the Roombas are smarter, and easier to program. For example: the shark will can only be programed to run once a day, but you can set the Roomba to run several times if you want.

My "Robo Clean"

Never worked

Shark had no information on how to fix the issue and recommended returning item. Would not recommend due to their being better items in sharks line up for the same or better value. Best Buy handled return fantastically like always.
