If you're hesitant, dont be you will love it!

Then i saw this Shark and i have a regular Shark vacuum and love it and this was half the cost of the other brand! This Vacuum did not disappoint, I love it!

From hair to bare

Don’t buy!

I’ve had it since mid March and a few weeks ago it just stopped working! It charges and turns on but it will not move or clean. It keeps throwing out an error- we have opened it, cleaned all the sensors. Nothing is stuck or dirty. Everything works as it should. I have deleted it off the app, reinstalled it, reconnected to wifi. Just won’t work. Money wasted unfortunately.

Died After 6 Months, Shark Warranty Worthless

I called Shark and they said it was under warranty, but out of stock, and told me to go buy one from Amazon. A 2 year warranty is a joke if they admit their hardware failed and tell you to replace it yourself.

WHAT A TIME SAVER

Different length carpets, transition pieces all no problem for this vacuum.

Very mediocre! sometimes a dumb vacuum

In self clean mode, it passes by a piece of dirt 10 time clean all around the dirt but does not vacuum the specific dirt. A future smart vacuum should be able to detect dirt. A long way to go to be a smart vacuum. It's very loud when going back to the base.

Great dog hair vacuum

We run it every other day and I have noticed a huge decrease in our tumble weed hair balls that seem to come out of nowhere. Highly recommend if you have pets!
