Worked well for 9 months

The Bluetooth feature and being able to run it while I’m not home is SO convenient. I’ve said this is the best investment I’ve made for my apartment. However, in the last week, it has stopped working. It would only vacuum in a 10 foot by 10 foot square, so I deleted the map and tried to remap my home. It comes off the dock, spins in a circle, and returns to the dock and shows me a “map” of the same 10 foot by 10 foot square. I’ve contacted shark customer service who was not helpful, saying the unit needed to go through an update. Update completed, same behavior. I’m now on hold (50+ minutes) on my 5th call to shark customer service to request a warranty replacement. So so so incredibly frustrating when a product I love and rely on is now all of a sudden dysfunctional. I would have recommended this product to everyone I know until it stopped being useful in any way

The customer support is horrible when you need it and sometimes it just chooses to not function. Probably wouldn't buy it again, but its what I have in a pinch.

The run time did not last long and it would not recharge and return to cleaning like instructions stated. Mapping was the only feature that worked.

Never got past initial setup

I tried everything under the sun to get it to do the explore run after setting up wifi. I just simply could not get it to work. Returning this weekend to give it one more try before i just choose a different brand.

Don’t waste your money.

The only thing it can do is flash little red lights, and make a nice little chime sound when it fails to map the floors….which Ive heard about 1700 times tonight. Ive taken it apart looking for the elusive obstruction, cleaned sensors, and just about every other thing I could think of and all I accomplished was wasting my entire evening. Garbage. I will be returning in the am.

Too much work to keep running

Now continuously disconnects from wifi so cannot set up routines. It also freezes constantly and the battery needs to be removed in order for the vacuum to begin working again.

The app sucks

However the point of getting this was for the wifi control and convenience. The app was updated and now after 6 months it doesn't work unless you manually turn it on and has become more of a hassle if anything.
