Super easy to map or just let it go. Does a good job. I would suggest it a friend.

It can only map one story, inconvenient if you live in multi story house

Just an fyi. If you have any issues with a shark product and didn’t directly purchase it from Shark they basically give you no help. The battery on this just over a year old product is shot. Down to 70% capacity after about a year. We called and requested a new one. Despite the fact it was under one year old at the time we called we still had to pay for a new battery. Whatever we order the battery and about a month goes by and we get notified that the order was cancelled? No explanation as to why and no follow up on if we could still order it. Have had multiple shark/ninja products and been happy with them. But very disappointed with the customer service on this one.

Had an old shark robot vacuum. This one is definitely better. They have put in work to make it a better product.

Item DOA. Never moved from dock. Shark had no information on how to fix the issue and recommended returning item. Would not recommend due to their being better items in sharks line up for the same or better value. Best Buy handled return fantastically like always.

I am a college student whi is always busy! Since i have owned this vacuum it has been a lifesaver. Makes cleaning easier and faster

This robot vacuum is incredible when it works properly. The Bluetooth feature and being able to run it while I’m not home is SO convenient. I’ve said this is the best investment I’ve made for my apartment. However, in the last week, it has stopped working. It would only vacuum in a 10 foot by 10 foot square, so I deleted the map and tried to remap my home. It comes off the dock, spins in a circle, and returns to the dock and shows me a “map” of the same 10 foot by 10 foot square. I’ve contacted shark customer service who was not helpful, saying the unit needed to go through an update. Update completed, same behavior. I’m now on hold (50+ minutes) on my 5th call to shark customer service to request a warranty replacement. So so so incredibly frustrating when a product I love and rely on is now all of a sudden dysfunctional. I would have recommended this product to everyone I know until it stopped being useful in any way

Brand new out of the box. It won’t move off the base. It won’t map, it won’t clean. The only thing it can do is flash little red lights, and make a nice little chime sound when it fails to map the floors….which Ive heard about 1700 times tonight. Ive taken it apart looking for the elusive obstruction, cleaned sensors, and just about every other thing I could think of and all I accomplished was wasting my entire evening. Garbage. I will be returning in the am.

This is my second robot and couldn’t be without one now, You can vacuum,mop and still it will pick up stuff! Love it
