We turned it on and connected to wifi and when it is supposed to go around and map the floor, it keeps saying there is an obstacle in front of it. Tried 100 different ways and googled to see if anyone has a solution but all in vain. Many people also have the same issue based on my online research. Stay away from this product. Bestbuy refused to accept the return because we were out of the 14 day return policy.
