Was hoping this one would be a little more robust, but it is not. I've owned it about 10 days and I've had to open up the bottom and remove jammed hair from the roller TWICE already. My house is not particularly dirty. I was hoping 3 or 4 years after buying the i9 (which also jammed frequently), they could figure out how to not accumulate hair around the roller, but apparently not. We're never going back to the moon at this rate......

Broke after 2 months

The app sucks

However the point of getting this was for the wifi control and convenience. The app was updated and now after 6 months it doesn't work unless you manually turn it on and has become more of a hassle if anything.
