I wanted to love it

They produce some amazing products, but then let me say that this is not one of them. I own and boast about the Shark Rotator Professional NV501 and Shark Stratos AZ3000. This vacuum though, the hose is short, the attachments are trash, its entirely too loud, and it has less suction power than both of my upright vacuums. It will be sitting in the garage collecting dust.

Tools not good quality

( I realize it’s not a shop vac.) The real issue is the tools, they are cheaply made (hard plastic) and do not create good suction with surfaces esp. the “brush” feature. Unfortunately, this impacts the vacuum’s effectiveness significantly when cleaning carpet or uneven surface.
