I love this vacuum! We have mostly hardwood floors and a long haired cat, as well as a dog. This vacuum did a fantastic job of getting all the pet fur out of our carpeted areas and it's all I use on the hardwood/tile floors as well. It's a versatile product that is very useful and not too loud either! I can even use it while my daughter (6 months old) is sleeping in the same room! Definitely a worthwhile product! It is also great in the car and on the stairs. It's light and easy to pick up, even for my 12 year old daughters.

Great features for the price! Great suction and many attachments. I was blown away when I saw how much this vacuum picked up what my other one left behind. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a strong versatile vacuum. Cons: Only two and that is that is sucks up so much that it gets full pretty quick so you have to empty it out repeatedly. The second is the color, wish it came in more of variety of colors. Not really that much of a con in my opinion.

This vacuum was great to use and lightweight! Bagless saves you money in the long run too. No dust comes out when you are vacuuming (like old vacuums used to work). Purchased this 10 yrs ago. Now it's time for a new Shark vacuum! Can't wait! ;)

This is my third vacuum in three years, the other two that I had purchased were less money, and obviously less quality. I really couldn't afford a Dyson, and I had used a similar shark vacuum at my in-laws, I did my research and settled on this. The suction is amazing!! We have new carpet and it hasn't tore up our carpet at all. We also have an English Bulldog and a black lab (who sheds like crazy). We have had absolutely zero problems with this. I am now able to dust more, and vacuum pretty much everyday because it's not loud, so it won't wake up my children. All in all it is amazing, I'm glad I purchased this and not another cheap vac. again.

I've owned a few different vacumms, some more expensive, some less. But never one that has the power of this unit.. It can turn around the floor with ease and removes everything out of carpet and hard floors. The added bonus of being able to remove the smaller part and carry it around makes it even better. Wish I could give it a higher rating. The added bonus when it's on sale really makes it TOP NOTCH!

I tested four vacuum cleaners. This unit, the Dyson DC 41, the Hoover platinum bagged upright vacuum, and the shark rotator professional. What I liked about this vacuum was it's versatility, weight, attachments, and vacuuming power. What I didn't like, was the fact that it was so light, that it actually felt cheaply made. The plastic seems like it could break very easily. The handle was also not very ergonomically made. Despite it's weight, it could hurt your wrist maneuvering the unit. This unit placed third out of four. I settled on its bigger brother the shark rotator professional for its versatility, price, attachments, and vacuuming power.

We have had our shark for about a year now. We bought a foreclosure and have been remodeling and also got a huge German shepherd. This shark has handled all of it with no problem. We don't use it to pick up huge chunks of stuff when remodeling (I wouldn't do that with anything but a shop vac) but it gets up drywall dust really easily and it cleans up after our dog like a dream. I have had dogs all my life and have tried canister, upright, and central vac but nothing compares to the shark. Never loses suction, easy to clean, easy to use, easy to clean clogs that may occur in the hose etc. Best Vacuum ever!!

The price and value of this shark is amazing. I thought I had a decent vacuum before and there is no contest. I cleaned all my floors with my old vacuum before I re-cleaned all the floors with the shark and it was disgusting the amount of dirt, dust, etc that came out. Compared it side by side with a top end dyson and there is just no need to spend that much on a vacuum when the shark does that exact same thing for way less. Just an amazing product!!

Absolutely LOVE this vacuum. Its best feature is how versatile it is. With just a few snaps, this vacuum can do anything. The attachments are Awesome! Vacuuming the stairs used to be a huge & time consuming chore. Now, it's a breeze with the smaller cleaning path. The brush is great for my living room furniture. With the long crevice tool, I can get to everything, ceilings, corners, etc, without step stools or bending down & hurting my back. I even use it on my hardwood floors. Great vacuum, great price.

This vacuum is awesome! It is easy to handle and the dirt does not escape all over the place. I love the swivel & how easy it is to empty the dirt tray. We still have a little more bonding to do, but we are fast becoming friends. Thank you Shark navigator.

Very lightweight, good suction so far, only time will tell. The canister is a little small so you have to empty it more than once each time you use it. However the canister is easy to remove and empty.

I love the way it rotates and a lot of people have complained about the cord (which is plenty long for me) and that the cord is too low. The cord is low, but there is a cord holder on the back of the handle that holds it out of the way. I love the suction rotator on the handle - you can turn it counter clockwise to regulate the amount of suction if your carpet has a higher nap. This also make pushing the vacuum a lot easier. All in all - I love it. I have not used the Lift away canister and attachments yet but I am sure I am going to love doing my steps with them.

This is the best vacuum I've ever owned. We had originally bought an LG and it was a piece of junk so replaced it with the Shark. We bought it about a year ago and it never loses suction! We have a dog & 3 girls in the house so needless to say it sucks up a lot of hair and still works brand new.

I had a new wind tunnel hoover that I hated as it was so hard to push around and switched to my new Shark ... LOVE IT! It's so easy to move around and goes from floor to rug with a quick flick of a button. Great suction!!! The accessory tools are great; my hoover would fall over but with the Shark the hose is much more flexible and has the option to use the canister ... highly recommended.

The Shark Navigator is an awesome vacuum. I just moved into a brand new house with new carpets and after using this vacuum, I was amazed at how much dirt and dust it picks up. I have 2 chihuahuas and I vacuum every three days. It picks up so much pet hair and dust. We almost purchased a Dyson, but I didn't want to spend so much money on a vacuum. After seeing an infomercial on the Shark, I was skeptical. But, for the money we gave it a try, and it was worth it so far! The only thing I wish it has was a larger head. I have a 3600 square foot house, so with the little head on it, it takes a while to do all of the floors. But, all in all, we are very staisfied with it. Well worth the money!

I have owned many vacuums. Mostly Hoovers. This is the best vacuum, I just love it, love it, love it. The suction is awesome. I have less dust in my house since I've been using this product. Love the color, thats a bonus. The width & height is perfect for fitting under tables, sofas, etc. Works great on bare floors. It was extremely easy to put together. its not junky looking. I also love how it empties and the plastic canister so easy to keep clean. Also love the filtering system on it, because I do own a pet. This is a overall wonderful buy/product.

I have been through several vacuum cleaners in my home and I really did not want to pay 400 for one. I bought this Shark not too long ago and I will say that hands down this beats any one on the market. Light, great attachments, and the suction is amazing ! I can't believe how much dirt that my old sweeper was missing. I swept my carpet about 2 days before buying this and used it when I got it. In just my living room alone, I emptied the can twice. This is a great product !

I absolutely love my new Shark vacuum. I really wanted a Dyson and did a ton of research. It came down to price on the Dyson but I'm so glad I didn't pay $500 for the Dyson the Shark is just as great if not better. My girlfriend coughed up the $500 for the ball and let me use it and I love my Shark so much more. It's amazing! It works so well on my hard wood, my rugs and my carpet rooms. I wouldn't change my Vacuum for any Dyson out there! LOVE IT, BUY IT!
