Q: How do iget floorbrushes to work
A: mine worked for five years until it didn't apparently no one works on Shark vacuum cleaners. I think they just expect you to buy a new one.
Q: Does it have a belt and can you get replacements?
A: We would like to let you know that this unit does have a belt, but it is not replaceable.
Q: Does this vacuum fold down low so you can vacuum under a bed?
A: No it does not FOLD down low to get your Nader bed but it can be taken apart and get under bed with attachment. I own TWO of these exact vacuums because I love them that much!
Q: Is the canister washable also?
A: It is not recommended to use any liquid in the dust cup for the Shark - Navigator Lift-Away Bagless Upright Vacuum. With this said, it can be wiped out with a dry cloth.
A: You do not have to remove the canister. You can spot clean with the canister attached, but the problem is there is not a lot of reach.
Q: What kind of tool do I need to get in the brush compartment? Shark navigator lift away.
A: No extra tool needed, it has three settings off, regular vacuum wth no brush, and brush on vacuum. To use brush you just turn the vacuum on with brush setting. It is easy and once you have it you know exactly ehat I mean.

A: Yes
