Got this as a replacement for one that just wasn't cutting it. This is great. It's strong and tough, and picks up really good. I love the settings for hardwood/carpet. I would recommend the extended warranty just in case. Overall happy with the purchase.

This is the best vacuum I've ever owned. Outstanding suction and the detachable features are a bonus.

Super practical and it’s also lightweight. I easily carry it upstairs with my with no dificulty.

Have always loved Shark products and still feel that way. It swivels easily, sometimes when i dont expect it but never loses control. Doesn't leave anything behind, and the handle release as the handheld is something I've never seen before, but is very nice.

Strong and easy to use. Pushes around easy and turns corners and tight spots easily. I use for my LVP and area rugs. Picks up great.

Pretty good vacuum. I like that it has carpet and hardwood floor options. The detachable part is good for needing to walk around without the bottom and using the handle. The different attachments comes in handy as well, being able to get into corners or high up has been easier.

The shark vacuum that was given to my by my mom died. She is VERY rough on vacuums but I loved it. I found this one and it was here the next day. I LOVE IT. It's great, and works amazing.

This is our fourth one of these Shark vacuums we have purchased. One for at home, and 3 for different office as work. Great prices, and they all seem to last awhile. They clean great, no complaints. This brand has to be the best value for your money.

We replaced our Dyson with this Sark model, and we are very pleased with its operations. The suction is better than the Dyson we had, and it is more compact and easier to get around furniture. It works well on our carpets and wood floors.

Lovely little machine which makes quick work of cleaning my wood floors. It is light enough that I can pick it up and use it to get cat hair off of the couch rather than bother taking it apart to use the accessories. I enjoy this vacuum and parts for it are easy to find. It is so easy to clean that I don't worry so much about the fact that it does not have the suction power of something like a Miele.

Was looking for a vacuum to use for cat hair, carpet and hardwood floor. This was a great option without breaking the bank, it was also recommend to my by a carpet cleaner to better upkeep my house from cat hair and everyday messes that happen. Great vacuum!

First one came damaged so I had to get a new one ordered to my house. That one came in great condition. After some use the wheels have gotten a bit squeaky, but the cleaning around the house is very nice on the carpetcand hard wood floors.

I love this brand. It has great pick up. I brought this one to replace an older one that I've had for almost 20 years. The older model was still in good working order. It still had great pick up.

Ive had limited experience with the product, all positive so far. Handy, maneuverable, powerfull. Still putting it's versatility to the test. All good so far. Need to try it with carpet cleaning products. I will know more after this next weekend cleaning.

Vacuum does a very good job at getting dirt out of my parents carpet. Its what I expected since this is the third vacuum I've purchased in ten years.

The shark navigator is easy to use and does a very good job. I would recommend this vacuum, especially if you have pets.
