Wish there was a third holder for the attachments. Only thing short of a 5 star is the hair catcher isn't as easy as other vacuums to clean

It is light enough that I can pick it up and use it to get cat hair off of the couch rather than bother taking it apart to use the accessories. I enjoy this vacuum and parts for it are easy to find. It is so easy to clean that I don't worry so much about the fact that it does not have the suction power of something like a Miele.

It's lightweight and easy to handle. So far, so good. Just a few secs to hit the right switches to get going.

It’s a good vacuum even worked on my rug that’s close to shag carpet. Crosses over to hard wood just the same.

Compared to the ball Dyson we had before, this one is a beast. picks up pretty much anything. We have quite a few animals that require hay and this vacuum picks it up no problem
