She was very particular in the model of vacuum that she wanted even when I saw a different version for a cheaper price elsewhere. My daughter treated our prior vacuum more like a tractor or a scoop loader as she tried to pick up EVERYTHING with it and it eventually met its demise .This one is light and easy to maneuver with great suction and all the features that she wanted. Happy Wife Happy LIfe

It’s a good vacuum even worked on my rug that’s close to shag carpet. Crosses over to hard wood just the same.

Just wish the hose was longer so that the vacuum wouldn't tip over when you try to extend the hose even the slightest bit. Lift away is a good feature, but it can be heavy to lift.

Compared to the ball Dyson we had before, this one is a beast. picks up pretty much anything. We have quite a few animals that require hay and this vacuum picks it up no problem
