Not sure if Best Buy will replace it… unfortunately haven’t had the time to attempt but other than that vacuum works good.

Powerful suction that handles our dogs hair, easy to maneuver, LOVE the long cord that makes use very convenient. Loved it so much I bought one for a friend!
