Shark stands behind their products

The old one stopped working, but was still under Shark 5 year warrantee. I called Shark customer care to see if they would stand by their warrantee, which after about an hour on the phone, testing various things, they agreed that the Navigator was not working, and they sent me a new one. It's nice to find a company that stands behind their products. Since Shark sent me a replacement, I returned this one, but I will continue to buy Shark Navigators at Best Buy, as needed.

Happy with new Shark Navigator

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had and liked a Shark Navigator Lift-Away previously so when it was time to replace it we looked at the newer model. There are many improvements -- lighter, more maneuverable, and easier to remove the canister and wand. The only disappointment was that the attachments from the previous Navigator (such as the pet-hair brush) do not fit the new one. So we are keeping the old one around just to clean the furniture, until we decide whether to buy a new set of attachments. Other than that, happy customers!
