    I bought this to replace my 3 year old Shark Navigator purchased at Best Buy. The old one stopped working, but was still under Shark 5 year warrantee. I called Shark customer care to see if they would stand by their warrantee, which after about an hour on the phone, testing various things, they agreed that the Navigator was not working, and they sent me a new one. It's nice to find a company that stands behind their products. Since Shark sent me a replacement, I returned this one, but I will continue to buy Shark Navigators at Best Buy, as needed.

    Was a little hard to get used to using it because of the way it rolls. I like it because it is not heavy. Good for stairs

    Works great but hard to find replacement filters in stores and thats a disappointment because i donr always like to prder on line plus others are in same boat cant buy filters in a store i dont recommend to anyone that dont like to order on line cause you cant find replacement filters in any stores
