Good vacuum cleaner with a few issues

The lift-away feature is great to clean stairs and the inside of vehicles. I have a Dyson and this one does not even come close but its Cons: The width of the brush roll is small. The dust tends to accumulate unevenly in the dust tank and sometimes it can block the inlet to the tank, even if its not full, causing reduction in the suction. Cleaning the tank clears the suction problem but is a hassle.

Best Vacuum Ever

The first one lasted for many, many years but nothing last forever. This vacuum does not lose suction. It’s easy to maneuver. The cord is nice and long so you do not need to keep unplugging it to move it to another outlet as often.

I had a stick vacuum before this one and it just could not handle being used for more than teeny messes, despite being a fairly nice model. It also crapped out on me after less than two years, so I was willing to pay a little extra for this one. It does great on hardwood, low pile rugs, and even my super-high pile rug. I wanted something that could handle cat hair en masse and so far I'm not disappointed. Hoping this one stands up to the test of time.
