Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this vacuum about a month ago… I had previously owned a shark vacuum… And was very happy with it… But it only lasted seven years… So I thought I would give this model a try and at $190 with tax I must say that I’m a bit disappointed… It seems clunky, and is not very nimble… Also, the canister that holds debris is big and it prevents you from sliding the vacuum under couches or beds… Also, I must mention that the quality of all products these days has gone down… Everything is made of plastic and it just doesn’t last… I will say that the vacuum does pick up well off of a hard floor… And it will do … But I was expecting more . I will mention that I have two cats… And my previous shark vacuum, picked up hair off my carpet much better than this one… As I mentioned, it works well enough… But if you’re looking for a quality vacuum cleaner, this is not the one.

It was an easy setup for me. Turned it on and man it picked up dirt my old vacuum couldn’t 10/10 would recommend
