    The product is great. I was a little disappointed in the delivery packaging. It wasn't a box inside a box. It literally was the actual manufacture box just plain as day like I picked it up directly from the store. I was concerned

    It has plenty of suction but it's going back. I had to clear the jammed roller three times on the first use, and I only did the first floor! Yes, we do have pets but really? Maybe that's why they provide the handy jammed roller indicator light, so you'll know it's time again? It is also so agile it's a bit like trying to drive a drunk cat.

    My older shark vaccuum broke so I purchased a new one, which I did not like at all. I returned that one and purchased this Shark at Best Buy. Shark is not as good as it used to be, which is disappointing, but this vaccuum is doable.
